Juanita Pub

LOVE Juanita Pub... I've been there a hand full of times. They have a Bloody Mary bar that offers Bacon and all sorts of goodies. Their food is amazing. I just went and had brunch and ordered the Frosted French Toast. I gotta say, I'm a French Toast connoisseur (lol, just plain old picky) and this was DELICIOUS!!! It's freaking dipped in frosted flakes before cooked!!! WTF? YUM!!! And it's served with three eggs and a meat. No one serves sides with their French Toast. The food is a little pricy, but you get your money's worth. Their Mamosa's are cute too, they serve them in tall thin glasses and garnished well. They also pre mix the rest in the bottle before they give it to you. I haven't been there for the night life but hear it's really busy with a fun crowd. They have lots to do like Pool, Beer Pong and a giant Jenga game. Pretty amusing. And lastly, their severs are extremely nice and fast. There's only been a couple times that we thought we were forgotten, but it was busy so didn't mind waiting for our check. It was understandable.

I went to Juanita Pub last night, Saturday 29MAR2013, to meet my friends for drinks and food.  I walked into the place and went up to the bar to order a couple beers to bring out to the patio. I waited roughly 10 minutes to order my drinks and the bar wasn't even busy.  The bartender talked and laughed with her friends for a while before even noticing that I was ready to order my drinks.  I ordered my beers and took them out to the patio.  

After the sun went down, we moved back into the bar where we wanted to order more drinks but didn't even get acknowledged by the servers.  I had to wave down a server to order another beer.  You would think a bar and its servers would want to check up on customers to make money/ tips/ provide excellent customer service.  Not the case that night.  

Bottom line- Bad customer service experience.

Went in today with my dog to sit out back in the patio but for some reason they decided that this year they wouldn't allow that anymore... lame. No real reason to come back now, that was the main draw to this hole in the wall.
