Went on a Thursday evening for happy hour (4-8pm). Terrible. Few patrons, no ambiance, weird dance lighting in your face, and server/bartender not at all knowledgeable about drinks. Food was lousy, tasted like frozen dinner. Ordered well drinks; when we got the bill it turns out two weren't well drinks, and the server (who doesn't know drinks) was vehement that that type of liquor is top shelf, NEVER EVER a well drink. Beg to differ, lady, but in any case, a bar trying to build a customer base should at least smile and offer to cover the difference this time, right?
They have a LOT to fix, and I try to be very forgiving with up-and-coming places, but this place ain't worth your time. Big disappointment. (Also, COULD be coincidence, but we just got home from Glo and my roommate is lying on the floor now with severe stomach pains. Feel like maybe this isn't a chance occurrence.)
Oh, we did get accosted as we were settling the bill by two Malibu promoter girls. Made us take a picture with them. So, great place for Woo Girls, not so much for uh, everyone else. Won't be back unless I am forcibly lobotomized.
