Great atmosphere and modern decor. The food was AMAZING! I went with a large grouo of friends and we decided to all order something different and eat more like a family style which was perfect because I wanted to try everything on the menu:) the 4 stars is only because their bathroom was very dirty and looked like it hadnt beeb cleaned in quite some time. I will go back though. It was great for a girls night out!
Review Source:I have now eaten at Lucia at least a dozen times in the last year, and I have to say it keeps getting better every time.
Things I Love About Lucia:
1. They offer a lot of gluten-free options, even gluten-free pasta!! Which is actually GOOD!
2. Their Happy Hour is amazing!
3. It has been a good place to meet with friends because the menu features something for everyone at different price levels, so you can get fancy if you want or not break the bank.
4. Ambiance & energy. This place has a great vibe and I love the patio in warmer weather. Live music is a plus!!!
5. I just hosted a surprise graduation party for a friend there and Rachel the manager totally helped us execute the party flawlessly, from picking up the cake I had ordered at Hoffmans bakery next door to having some balloons on the table and finally to making sure everyone at our event had a great time.
6. Did I mention that the food is amazing! My friend who was graduating is a vegetarian, she had the eggplant torte and loved it. I of course had gluten free pasta and my date had a beautiful perfectly cooked steak.
I really had given up on ever being able to enjoy Italian food again because I have to be gluten free, and sometimes things that are gluten free do not taste good. But Lucia has never disappointed me, they are consistent with regards to food and service whether I have a party of 10, 6, just me, or an intimate date with my man. If you haven't been here, you need to check it out, it can be hard to find hidden in the strip center next to the QFC in Park Place/Kirkland.
