Had a big problem with substituting one kind of soup for another... They wouldn't do it and I ended up paying for both?
Very rude service and manager.

The Lamb Tavern is a nice place for a private lunch or dinner,   but I cannot recommend them for a function.   We hosted a funeral luncheon there which was terrible.   We provided the requested estimate,  but they set up for just that number with no wiggle room for even one more person in the room they gave us.  When 12 additional people came they could not accommodate them,  and they all had to sit outside the room we were given.   Most function places know that it is impossible to give an exact number for funeral events and are prepared to make reasonable adjustments.    In addition,  the food was OK,  but nothing special.   All the confusion as our guests arrived was embarrassing and stressful,  just what we didn't need at such a time.     I am sharing my experience because I wouldn't want another family to have a similar experience at such a difficult time.

Good food...Ive never had a bad meal or appetizer. The Friday night bartender Natalie is the best employee in the whole place.
