  Lone Star is a place where you can go without having a long wait.  The reason, in my humble opinion, is that they cannot seem to get steaks cooked exactly the same way every time.  Sometimes it is too rare, other times it is too well done.  We have gone there about 2-5 times a year for about 10 years when we had relatives staying at the hotels that share the parking lot.
  
  Positives:  attentive staff, fairly wide menu selection of steak, burgers, ribs, chicken, and interesting appetizers and sides.  Quick seating and usually good service--the staff works as a team if one server is extra busy.
  
  Negative:  doneness of meat is not consistent.
  
  They are in a prime location, and for that I think they could do a lot more business if they had more consistency in the kitchen so people would go there more than once.
