This place used to be very good but over the years has become unpalatable. The chicken scarpiello consists of chicken and brown sauce. Where are the rest of the ingredients?? The red sauce tastes like Ragu. Bottom line, there are much better Italian restaurants in the area with authentic, quality food.
Review Source:I will say - excellent food! Â I was there this past Friday night at 9:00 and was disappointed upon entering and not being acknowledged as we should have been. Â Â We were asked if we had a reservation, but did not. Â It took about 10 mins. for us to be seated as personnel fluttered to the front and back and didn't say anything. There were 2 tables right in front that were available. Â I chose to wait and neither of us was disappointed. Â The menu is not extensive. Â I ordered the rigatoni with zucchini and eggplant. The sauce is delicious and it was cooked perfectly. Â My boyfriend ordered a chicken scaprariello which was also delicious. Â Will defintely go back. The restaurant is small and probably accommodates 50 people. Â It's dimly lit, good for couiples and cozy. Â The waiter was also very cordial and did not hover.
