Recently had a delicious taco here - good service, fair prices, nice view...

As far as burritos go....this place is very mediocre at best....I mean it just is.  A large burrito costs almost 10 dollars now (with tax) and isn't exactly great or overfilled with meat either.  I prefer places like El Taco Locos, El Faro's etc on Mission but this place tastes like an "Orinda" take on Mexican food with double the price.  If a place like Gordo's ever opended in Orinda (serving cheap yet fresh tasting food), it would put this place out of business within a month..kind of how Peete's and Starbucks put that old horrendous coffee shop out of business back in 2007 (forget what it was called). And lastly....don't even get me started on those crappy chips that they serve....completely unacceptable.  Store bought chips from costco are better than the stale chips that they serve here.  I don't get it....why not have fresh chips?  Mind boggling.

This is the place to go for a burrito in Orinda.  They are always well put together, and reasonably priced.  Call in your order in advance for quicker service.
