  Well my day started off great this morning...Stopped at McDonalds to grab an Egg Mcmuffin..I've never gotten good service at this place but had a taste for a Mcmuffin...First thing I noticed was how dirty the counter was and the lunch menus were still up...it was 6:38am mind you...Second there was a dust pan full of trash and a broom leaning up against the counter where you order...I was the only person in the lobby and it took easily 10 minutes to my food...Ok all of that sucked but manageable but when I got my sandwich and took a bit...I bite into a huge piece of plastic...I returned to the store and showed the manager and she said, "Oh wow..I'll talk them about it" as she promptly threw the sandwich away like I wasn't standing there!! No apology, but she did ask if I wanted another sandwich! Of course I said, I would like my money back! I will never go to the location again.....

  Just revisted this one. Yup - things have not changed. I wouldn't have even stopped had it not been for the return of the McRib. I know, I'm supposed to be a "foodie" but gosh darn it love the things! Anway, I'll keep it short -same complaints as previous review only dirtier. One thing that kept me from giving them 1 star was a wonderful young lady at the register. She was very polite and cheerful. Not very accurate, but still a breath of fresh air in a place that screams "we don't care."
  
  BTW, Mr. Gray - do you know your off duty employees are coming in, hanging out, and taking food home? I suspect they didn't pay but that is for you to investigate.

  This McDonald's has to be the worst out there. They consistently get orders wrong and their drive through wait times exceed trends minutes every time I'm there. Too many chance on my part. Never returning.

  Ordered an Egg McMuffin sans meat.  Showed up correctly on the screen.  Showed up in the bag with a sausage pattie . . . . WTF?  Hash browns actually had a hair on them - serious sanitary issues here along with poor attention to detail.  Never again.

  At least a dozen cars were in front of me when I pulled in during the lunch rush @ 12:31 PM. A cashier was working the line with a mobile ordering device, seemingly alternating cars with the regular wired ordering station. There was a five-second pause at the pickup window while the employee looked over my order. I was asked to pull forward to position #1, where, less than a minute later, my order was delivered w/ a smile and an apology for the delay. At 12:42 PM, I was pulling out with a timestamped grilled chicken salad, a well-proportioned hamburger, and a neatly packed small bag of golden fries. It's only a dollar, but I think they could afford to dress the burger with more than a single pickle chip, 1/2 teaspoon of onion, and a dash of condiments. Still, I am impressed with the communication, coordination, and efficiency. Even w/ the long line, I was in and out in about 11 minutes.

  Ordered two cheeseburgers and got them with no meat. Seriously. No patties in either burger and this is the 2nd time it happened. I didn't notice until I was on the road so I couldn't turn around. Major league FAIL. How do you forget the hamburger patty in a hamburger? This McDonald's always sucks and ruins my food. I don't know why I go to it and probably never will again.
