Eh, is it mexican food or not?  I can't tell.  Service is friendly, but food is blander than bland.  I've been there twice & both times I say I will never return, but being that restaurants are scarce in Moraga...

I'd say it was passable. Went here for lunch a few weeks ago, place was small but clean. There is seating both inside and outside. The prices are pretty similar to other burrito places, about $7-8 for a standard burrito.  Service is fine, it's quick too, I ordered and within 5 minutes I got my burrito nice and hot. Nothing special however, not a place that I would definitely come back too.

I still don't understand this place. I guess the name says it. There are a lot of random wraps, but it seems like it's kind-of-sort-of a Mexican place? I go here when I don't have enough ingredients to make my own burrito at home. I would get the veggie wrap and it's pretty good. The place is clean and the wraps are simple and to the point. The salads look really stingy though. The pricing, the wraps, the attitude of the employees are all good and that's it. There's nothing special.

Good burrito take- out with a number of choices, from vegetarian to bean and cheese to chicken or steak fajita.  These burritos are big dinner-size, so go hungry.  They also offer pints of Spanish rice, black beans, and guacamole.

Service is terrible. Cashier was some snarky high schooler. I ended up leaving because I was so disgusted by the service.

If you love wraps, from Moraga and too lazy to go to Chipotle you probably have gone here. The fusion concept is not well executed. I'm a burrito/wrap snob and this will not cut it ever again.

Eh? I ordered this "salad" with pinto beans and chips lining the side, pilled with chicken and guac. It sounds great, right? Wrong! The chicken had absolutely NO seasoning/flavor nor did the pinto beans, leaving the meal completely flavorless. Further, the salad dressing was all wrong for Mexican (Cali style?) salad. It was absolutely pitiful. My other experiences there have been mediocre as well.

I love Mexican food and I am rooting for them, but it's just not happening... I'll keep trying different menu items... In the meantime, just make your tacos at home.

Well, I was dubious about what this place was, given the name.  Wrap sandwiches?  When I walked in, however, I realized that real burritos were a possibility.   While a strange mish mash of items are on the menu, I went for a chili verde burrito and asked for it hot.  It wasn't as spicy as I would have liked, but the burro was excellent.  The tortilla was thin, soft and fresh.  The beans and rice were very flavorful and the chili verde was excellent.  No, it isn't the Mission. It isn't even Oakland.  But it is a solid filling burrito in an unlikely location and I am glad it's there. They say they have carnitas -- I'll have to try that out.  I wish there was a good taqueria in town.   Orinda used to have one a long time ago, but now it's a sushi place.  I want carnitas and aguas frescas!

My plan was to eat at another eatery before class, but was closed between lunch and dinner, so I went here on a whim.  I ordered a chicken fajita wrap.  It was okay, the chicken was good but there just seem to be something missing overall, but it was good I ate it and was satisfied.

Good burritos in Moraga!  Very friendly service.  Good portion size.

The prior 2/5 review isn't so fair. Honestly, it depends on what you order. I'm not that big of a fan of burritos anyway

I'm a little pleased with their tacos (soft, obviously). They are a little spendy - 2.70. But they're unusually big and they put refried beans in, which gives it a little more food value. I'm not so sure I like the combination of flavors though - the refried beans kind of over-power/over-bland the other flavors. Plus their "hot" sauce really isn't that hot. Next time I'll probably ask for them without the beans. Also, the carnitas weren't that tasty, compared to what I'm used to. Guess they're OK.

But to be fair, this is Moraga, and the nearest place to this where you can get a "proper" taco is liek 10-15 miles away. So I'm just happy I can get anything at all

I'd give this a 3.5 if I could. No, I don't absolutely love it, and I don't crave their food, but everything on their menu is reliably good. I like that they are a 3 minute drive from my house. My favorite dish is their steak soft tacos. My son loves their enchiladas verde, and my daughter always chooses their tostadas. My husband says their burritos are pretty good -- not Mission District quality, but good.

So, if you live in Moraga and want something other than pizza, Chinese food, or a deli sandwich, Mucho Wraps is a great option. The staff is very nice and parking is so easy.

Good yummy mexican food for a reasonable price. My general rule is that the dirtier the taqueria the better and this place its clean and they know it so they charge accordingly. Maybe its psychological but I'm convinced that the food would be yummier if this place was dingy and poorly lit and charged less but it its in moraga so that just isn't going to happen

    "Where's the meat?"

Went over to try this place out after a nice hike.  My wife recommended the place because she use to go there when she was at St. Mary's.

She had the Thai Chicken and I had the Muchissimo, which was basically everything.  She loved her burrito and my was okay.  For the price you pay, I expected a lot more in mine.  It was mostly tortilla, some rice, beans and what pased off as meat.  Where's the meat?

Interestingly enough, the person in front of me complained to the cashier to make sure they put more meat in the burrito. He said the last time he was here there was not a lot of meat.  I asked why he came back and he said this was still the best place in town.

That should have been my tip that this place is probably stingy on stuff like that.

Will not be going back until they put more stuff in their burritos!

I'm a fan of light and healthy, so mucho wraps gets three stars from me. I have to say the prices are a little on the hefty side, but that's just Moraga and the surrounding town. Also, they are inconsistent with the amount of chips they give customers, and a little stingy, I would say, when it comes to guac-I've had to shell out too much for a tiny sauce container of guac. They won't give you more chips even if you point out that there is less in the bag each time you go there-not so cool in the eyes of loyal, returning customers.

I have been to this place twice and they make a really good gringo burrito.  I am in the area several times  a month and never know where to go.  I have only gotten the fajita burrito with extra hot salsa. Very good.
I also don't feel like they use lard.
It is not a taqueria experience; but it is also not like all of the wrap  places popping up.
    Give it a try.

I love Mucho Wraps! Yes, of course Chipotle is better. But it's also more expensive and farther away. If you're looking for something local (and you live in the Lamorinda area), this is a great place to grab some lunch.

I've had a lot of different burritos here, but I have to say my absolute favorite is the BBQ Chicken burrito with sour cream. The mix of the BBQ chicken sauce (which isn't very BBQ saucey, but it's absolutely to die for) with the sour cream is heavenly.

Also, no meal is complete here without their scrumptious chips and salsa. Their mild salsa is SO good. My family and I head over there and stock up on salsas for home sometimes. Their staff is very very friendly and allows us to do so! :)

As for parking, it's located right next to the safeway and it's in the little Moraga shopping complex, so you're bound to be able to find parking.

Seating is limited. They have a few chairs inside (maybe about 10?) but it probably wouldn't be the best place to go out to eat. I'd definitely label it more as take out. Although they do have some more tables and seating outside the restaurant which is very pleasant on a warm Spring day!

Well, it's not great, but it's not terrible, either.  I would probably stick to ordering one of the burritos like the fajita.  They are the most flavorful.  It's good for a quick take home meal because of the convenience.  Sitting outside in the summer is nice, but I don't like to sit inside because it is very cramped in there.

I feel like Mucho Wraps has been in that shopping center for my entire life, while everything changes around it, Mucho Wraps has stayed the same the entire time.

What can I say about it, it's a solid burrito place that used to employ my friends during high school. It's pretty good, and the salsa's aren't too bad either. Sure there are better places to get a burrito throughout the Lamorinda area, but out of sheer convenience and the fact that my friends worked there, it's great.

    Tips and pointers:
-The steak fajita burrito is pretty good
    -Salsa is good
    -Quesadillas are really good too

Great food and healthy food. People very friendly. I love little places that are kept clean and strive to do good. Items are tasty and healthy, Yes! I said healthy. Prices are not low but not high either. I mean, this is 2008, do we really want to pay what we used to pay in 1998? Yes we can get fast food at lower prices but the origin of 'that' fast food is questionable. I had a chicken quesadilla and a Caesar salad wrap and I loved them. I try something different next time just to explore. I recommend this place!

    Um...

Chipotle is better. The flavor is consistent more than this.

I went here today, because I had to go to school and then I had to be at Safeway. Rather than my dear friend taking my hung-over ass to Subway like I had requested she suggested we go Mucho.

I spent $8 on a fajita chicken wrap and water. Nothing managed to pop in it for me. You can't even blame the liquor because when you are hung-over everything is dead. It doesn't take much for shit to pop.

I was bummed, to say the least.

i've only had their quesadillas which are very good. a litte pricy though. sometimes on days when its crowded it can take awhile to get food so i suggest ordering on the phone before picking it up

Pretty hefty wraps (aka burritos), with very fresh ingredients.  Pricey though - $8 for a shrimp/steak burrito, no chips.  They are fast, the food is made to order, and they offer other mexican entrees.

I mentioned that it's pricey compared to say, Chipotle - but since I live across the street, the money saved on gas balances it all out.

Good wraps - I really like the Steak Fajita burrito - one of the better burritos out there.

The Thai is inconsistent, the first one I got was very good, the second one appeared to have more veggies and tasted very different.

Chips are good here.  Prices reasonable.
