Nadine's Irish Mist

My husband and I just moved to the area and stopped in one Saturday afternoon for lunch.  Calamari was amazing, Kristina and Jake took very good care of us.  We had such a good time that it's now our spot.  We met Gavin and had his over the TOP bloody Mary.  My friend Debbie and I call them the Mary Salad now, hands down the best Bloody Mary around.  Live entertainment, great food, and a staff that you just can't beat.  If you haven't stopped in, you should put it on your list of things to do.

Nadine's made my dreams come true! I've always wanted to throw a drink in someones face and the bartender here let me do just that. Being fair I let him throw a drink in my face as well! It was amazing. Most of it ended up in my ear. Which is a shame because I wasn't able to hear the musical stylings of Hugh so well.

Oh you don't know about Hugh? He is also amazing. Pick a song off Hugh's Song List and he'll do his best rendition. I recommend Back in the USSR.

He ordered a chicken club sandwich and I the chicken pot pie. He asked for no avocado but when she brought it out, she asked him if he was allergic. He said yes but a tiny bit should be ok.  She said it was put it on sandwich but then the cook "scraped" it off!!! I was so shocked to hear this! When he picked up the chicken breast (I actually thought it was the bun because it looked so dry) there was a good amount of avocado left on it!  The waitress was nice and we had no issues with her but she should have known better that something like that could fall on her. Someone there should have made the right decision by re-making the sandwich!
My pot pie had good flavor but it wasn't very traditional. It only had mushrooms and green pepper and I think I may have seen one or two small carrot slices. Expect the garlic fries to be just as bland as regular fries were except they have some melted shredded Parmesan and garlic powder (at least I didn't see or taste actual garlic).
I hate for this review to be so harsh but our expectations were a bit higher so we thought the food would be better than it was. Maybe they have a good burger or  something. Atmosphere is good-traditional Irish bar.
