The food here is good but service is terrible and management is extremely rude. We had a group of about 15 people come for dinner last night for my cousin's going away party. We had called earlier to reserve a table or area for ourselves, only to be told "We don't take reservations". O....kay. . . .We had about five us there to begin with, and asked if we could have one of the large tables to the left. We were seated but after about 15 minutes someone came up and very condescendingly told us that if the rest of our party wasn't there within the next ten minutes or so we'd have to leave. Fortunately the rest of the group showed up seconds afterwards, but the night was already soured. It took forever to get drink orders and at one point  we were completely ignored by the staff. We are a very easy-going family who are not demanding or high maintainence customers. This experience was not what we had hoped for and I doubt many of us will ever return here.
Review Source:G Sun and I only stopped in here to get a drink because we couldn't decide on where to have dinner in the area.
We sat at the bar and it took about 20 minutes to eve get looked at by someone who could help us. Â Bad start. Â I ordered a specialty drink since it was National Martini Day and G Sun ordered a beer. Â Mine was real tasty and made well and he was satisfied.
G Sun wanted wings but none were on the menu ... no wings at a Sports Bar?!?! Â Huh ... won't be back.

We're here at the Gaylord for a conference over the weekend. We stopped at this place on 6/16 about 7:30 pm. Stanley Cup finals are on, beautiful night out, prime time of the evening - probably going to be super busy. To our surprise it wasn't. Â The place is pretty large, and about half of the tables were empty. So we go to put our reservation in, and the host tells us it will be 45 minutes. What? There was no special party reserved, or anything. TONS of empty seats and plenty of servers standing around. So we ask the host a very logical question - why? Tons of tables and lots of staff - what gives? His response - "It's not just about the tables." Â What do you mean? we reply. "Well, there's a lot going on tonight." Â
No, there wasn't. Lots of people came and left after hearing that. We stuck around because of the game being on. From the time we got seated and finally paid our bill, we had been there for close to two hours. Most of those seats never filled up. Talking easily 100 seats. I don't know how they manage, but on a Saturday night with half the room empty, you're not making any money.
And the servers were not busy, and the food was overpriced. They get two stars for having nice TV's and just for being a default sports bar in a resort hotel.
