Not bad cute spot small and intimate....2floors downstairs was way to hot ...young crowd 21-30. (I felt kinda old lol)  Hookah was decent (had better though) good for a night out on a date or for a girls night out.  Music was good-a little too much rap for me though. I would go back just because I can easily walk there from my home!!!!
1 recommendation though: please get real couches!!!! It is a lounge right??!!?!?

I've come here twice so far, and both the hookah and the staff are truly excellent.  Nothing but great things to say about either of those- they have some really interesting hookah blends, and the staff is really friendly and on top of things.

The first floor lounge is pretty standard for a hookah bar- comfortable and unpretentious.  Downstairs, same deal but with one major caveat- it's about the size of a large broom closet, and on weekend nights, there's a DJ with full-size speakers exploding your eardrums.  I understand the party vibe they want to create, but it's just totally not the space for that volume level.  Unfortunately, because there was a private party in progress, we weren't able to move to a table upstairs at first, and had to deal with the inappropriately deafening DJ until one of the staff members (very proactively, mercifully) helped us move upstairs.

The other thing that's a negative is the price of bottles.  I know the alcohol is where the margin is, but I have a rule: if bottles cost me more than they do at an amazing lounge like Flute, I'm paying too much.  It was something like $140 for a bottle of Moet, which seems to be above Manhattan prices (clubs and their predatory gouging excluded).  They wanted $500 for a bottle of Dom, which is laughable- I can think of many very nice lounges in Manhattan that sell it for $300-350, and even a few that have it for under $300.

I'll be back for the hookah and the really accomodating and chill staff, but will be a little hesitant to splurge on champagne again, and will do my best to avoid being seated downstairs.

I had a good time even though I just checked it out by myself.  Abraham made me feel welcome and the bowl lasted a long time.

Been here three times in the last month. That should sum up how much I really like this place. The best hookah spot I have been to in NYC. The flavors they have are better than anything I've every had except for the hookah in Turkey. The guys who run the place are super nice and helpful. If you go ask for the bubbles, that was my first time blowing smoke bubbles and it was pretty cool.

The BF and I went here a few weeks ago.It was my first ever hoookah experience and I liked it! The space is small, but somehow still 2 levels. The bathroom is very clean so that was a plus for me. Very laid back atmosphere, we walked in and there were 3 guys playing video games. Apparently during my trip to the restroom, before we were seated, they asked my boyfriend if he wanted to join in, lol! We decided on the downstairs area which was very cozy. There were a few kids that definitely looked like they were not old enough to be there, but oh well...As for the hookah itself, the BF said it was very good quality and was impressed at it for the price - $15! We had the Acai Berry and enjyed it. We thought we would be able to try 2 different flavors, but the one lasted us an hour and change! The workers were very attentive and kept checking the coals and blowing on them when needed (to keep them going) and seeing if we needed any drinks. All this without being intrusive. If you're looking for a huge space and a club like atmosphere, this is not the place for you. If you're looking to just hang out, relax and not really be bothered or rushed - ding ding ding!! :)

Nebu Hookah Lounge is definitely a great spot to come to,whether your looking to just relax and kick back, or enjoy a night out with some friends. The music is just right, their vast variety of flavors for the hookah is on point ,but the absolute best part of the whole experice is how comfortable the staff makes you feel. From my very first time coming here I was welcomed in such a way that left me with the desire to come again. I felt like I knew those guys for years and that in itself was pretty cool. There isnt one negative thing that comes to mind when i think of this place so all I can say is try it for yourself, I guarantee you wont have any regrets.  ;]

Cute little spot, small chairs and tables. I went downstairs where the they had the DJ booth set up. Music was good. Hookah  prices were fair and taste pretty good. This place kind of reminds me the perfect place to throw a house party. I don't think  I would go back again, but it was worth the $20 for $25 deal, and I only ended up paying $3 cash to finish the bill.

If your looking for a relax & chilled atmosphere to have a smoke & listen to some great music! This is the place to come. They have a large selection on flavores but I definitely recommend all the Mints! And they also have a bottom floor seating.. Which is where the real partying goes on! The owners are all super cool! This is the place to be!

A  casual but classy atmosphere; Nebu Hookah Lounge is a great place to go to just chill unwind and of course enjoy hookah along with good food. Staff here is welcoming and friendly.  You can enjoy many flavors of hookah; I suggest Pineapple.  The grilled chicken wrap was also really good.  The music played is a mix of hip-hop, latin, house. Good place to get a fun vibe going.  A good crowd gathers here on Fridays and Saturdays. For a more cozy mellow mood come on Sundays. Either way you're definitely gonna have a great time!
