I used to hang out here years ago when it was Cooper's Ale House. Yerman's moved here from Lefferts Blvd. and Metropolitan Ave. where the Kew Club is now. Yerman's is a great bar with great food and a fantastic atmosphere. They have bands on occasion, and it just a nice place to go. My wife and I pop in here after we catch a movie at Atlas Park a few blocks from here.
Review Source:I come here a lot with my friends on the weekends. It's a good place to go to hang out and watch the game since there are plenty of tv's throughout the place. The bar wraps around and there is a lot of seating so you don't have to worry about having to stand all night if it gets crowded. The bartenders and wait staff are very friendly and will remember you if you've been there more than once.
They sometimes have live bands playing on the one side of the bar. If you aren't interested in the band you can always move to the other side where it's a little more quiet. They also have karaoke nights once a week.
I'm not really a fan of the food here. Nothing has really wowed me, but it's the typical bar food. The kitchen is open pretty late though, so you can pretty much order food all night whether you're at a table or at the bar.
Overall, it's a good place to go to with a group of people to hang out!
