For what it's worth, it's hotel food, by the airport, at an older Sheraton property.  It's convenient for those on-site.  Other posters are correct--staff here really tries to do the best with what they got.  They are friendly and attentive, at the restaurant, catering and throughout the hotel.  They genuinely take care of guests.   Food is not awful, yet nothing to rave about.  You won't starve and won't be amazed, and certainly not fade from hunger as portions are ample.

***The quality of One14's breakfast buffet is not bad, but there is not much variety for the high price***

One14 is the breakfast/lunch/dinner restaurant inside the DFW Sheraton; it has a very open and contemporary decor.  For breakfast, Sheraton has an a la carte menu as well as a breakfast buffet.  I was in a hurry so I opted for their breakfast buffet and did not take a close look at their a la carte menu.

For their hot buffet, they had a decent number of hot and cold items.  Their crispy home fries were pretty hot and good.  Their scrambled eggs were not bad.  They were not soupy like a lot of breakfast buffet eggs.  They were not dry either though they could have been more moist.

The breakfast meats were not that good.  The bacon was crispy and not burnt, but the quality was not that good.  The sausage links were not good, but really good sausage links are hard to find (especially at a buffet).  Their waffles were okay though some seemed to be overcooked and crunchy.

Biscuits and gravy, grits and oatmeal were also available.

The buffet also had a few breakfast pastries, but there was not much selection and they did not look that good.  A few cold cereals were available like raisin bran, corn flakes and frosted flakes.

The variety of fruit was not that great though they did have a good selection of milks including chocolate milk.

Service was fine, but the staff did not pick up plates as quickly as they should have.

Prices were about what you would expect to pay for a breakfast buffet.  And while the food quality was also about what you would expect at a full service hotel breakfast buffet, the variety was not that great.

If you need a very quick breakfast and are staying at the DFW Sheraton, One14 is a servicable option.  If you have more time though, you would probably get more (or better) for your money outside of this Sheraton.

Parking at the DFW Sheraton is complimentary.  It is easy finding an open space.

Wow, this place was horrible. When you offer 4 steaks that range in price from $33-38 you are setting the expectation in the consumer's mind that you are prepared to deliver a premium product. I asked the waiter which cut of meat is their best and tastiest. He recommended the tenderloin (filet mignon pictured). I went with it. What I got was not short of something I could have bought in the frozen food section at Costco. The bacon wrapped tenderloin was 6-7 ounces at best and lacked any type of flavor. The bacon had a weird color to it most likely from being frozen and then thawed. My sides were a cafeteria style scoop of mashed potatoes and squash. Once again, something that you find at Friday's. I heard a few other people at tables around me complaining that their food was tasteless and unappetizing....

I have no qualms with the service staff, although, it was pretty clear that they were just as unmoved by the environment/food as I was.

The Sheraton should really be ashamed of themselves for operating such an utter failure of a restaurant. I highly doubt locals come here to eat, but if you are staying here you are better off walking over the bridge to Denny's.
