Papa John's #207

I felt compelled to write a review even though some time has passed because my experience here was terrible.

I went to U of I ordered a pizza for delivery. I used to work at a pizza parlor, so I'm well aware that delivery can take around an hour. My friend and I sat in the lobby of our dorm after an hour so we could pick up the pizza when it arrived.

Two hours after placing the initial call, we call them back and ask what's going on. We are assured the pizza is on its way. Two and a half hours pass and I call them back to complain. I ask to speak to the manager, who refuses to give a discount or any other sort of credit.

Three hours after ordering the pizza, it arrives. It's cold and stuck to the roof of the box. I was young at the time and didn't know I could refuse it, but I paid for it and wrote a complaint to corporate that went unanswered. I will never eat from Papa John's again.
