This place is a hot ass mess. The first time I ordered from here I got to the store just to be told they gave my pizza to someone else by accident and they hadn't started remaking MY pizza yet. Then as I waiting the employees started cussing each other out and screaming at the top of their lungs at each other about who's fault it was. i asked for the shift manager and apparently one of the people in the altercation was the shift lead manager. mmm super professional. I asked for the number to corporate, got my pizza and left.
The 2nd time I ordered delivery which was a pretty decent speed but when they called to tell us they were downstairs they called the old number so it rang my boyfriends phone and luckily he was home with me to answer it. I get downstairs and the delivery guy goes, "he said you could just put the tip on there." What a damn liar. For one I paid with MY card and I was standing next to my boyfriend the whole time. His ass was just trying to be greedy. Super unprofessional.
The last time I ordered from here try got my order wrong. I got pepperoni and bacon but instead they have me pepperoni and banana peppers which I would never eat. I called back and spoke with the actual store manager who said he could resend the pizza or credit me. I asked him to resend the pizza. He said that was fine and let me keep the mistake pizza as well. Everything was fine until 5 minutes later when they called and told me they'd only bring the correct pizza if I paid the delivery fee again because in his exact words "i wont be making any money off of this" Wtf? I should have gotten the correct pizza the first time. I'm not paying a fee because you guys screwed up. Get real. They also said if I didn't pay it they wanted the pizza they messed up on back. By that time my boyfriend had already dug in so I got pissed asked for corporate and he sai never mind that he would send a driver and hung up.
This location is as unprofessional as unprofessional gets. They're greedy and will attempt to get over on you if you let them. Â Safe to say I'm done ordering from here. 3 strikes and you're out and rarely am I ever that nice.
I like this place, not the 5 star pizza place but it is great for the price!!!
The chicken wings aren't that great anymore that's why I took away a star...they taste old and I even called and complained they gave me another order and it was then when I realized they must have gone for a cheaper company to get there products because it was like so gross...
My grand daughter loves the cheese sticks and I have to admit I do too!!!
I am also glad that when you order and get it delivered they have your food to you in less than an hour!!!

I had to tell one driver though to come to my door and not to call me to come to the street to pick up my home delivery...I had to inform him this is not street delivery but home delivery and he still thought he was going to get a great tip if I had to come down my stairs and walk to his car....um no!!!
When my funds are low and I'm looking for some acceptable pizza Papa Johns is the place to go!!!
The food is great but their customer service skills are lacking. As I walked in, to pick up my pre ordered pizza, three employees were standing by the checkout window and neither lifted a head or hand to acknowledge my presence. Thereafter  they quickly walked out of site to finish their little chat. The phone rang and the cashier came to the front and answered it while I was standing there. Again no indication of my presence. After the phone call she finally assisted me in picking up my order. Some CUSTOMER SERVICE training is in order at this location.
Review Source:It is so awesome that we have a Papa Johns pizza in Southshore. I also love how efficient ordering on the iPhone app is. The staff is always nice and there are always great specials available. My food has always been great. Â While Papa Johns cant compare to Italian Fiesta in regards to taste, it is SOOOO much cheaper. Â Not sure why all of the negative reviews.
Review Source:SO happy we found this place! Excellent service, FAST delivery, and the pizza was really good! I will definitely order from here again. I am reading the other complaints and it makes me laugh. Its called customer service!! Would you rather them NOT call and you're waiting for hours? I would LOVE for someone to call when they are on the way, so you can come down and meet them if you are in an apt building, etc. And Italian Fiesta IS good, but you have to acknowledge that there are other pizza places that are just as good or even better.
