I've been a bad yelper. I have been meaning to write this review for over two months, (yikes I must now go back again!!).

Stopped in here on a recommendation from a co-worker who told us the food is amazing. We hit it up now on two different Saturday afternoons.  Great atmosphere and for the most part good staff.  We did have one younger waitress who seemed more interested in how good her tight jeans looked than if the customers needed anything, but ....

I would highly recommend you get the truffle fries. I could stop right there. Beer me and get me some truffle fries. Oh, but the burgers are fabulous as well.  When my brother wanted a good burger and we were up that way we brought him there too, and he was NOT disappointed. Good beer selection, fun crowds.

Only dislike is the bathroom situation... not located well, and too small, but hey, you don't go out for the bathroom, right?

Get up here and give this place a try.

We stumbled in here after attempting to go to Steuben's but not wanting to deal with the wait. The only real issue we had that they took a very long time before acknowledging us. It would have just taken a mention of our existence to make us feel welcome, but it took a long time. Finally someone apologized and said it would be a few (more) minutes. At least he was very friendly.

Once we were seated the service was just fine, and we enjoyed our meals. We started with "The Works" fries which were covered in cheese sauce, ranch dressing, and bacon. Yeah, i know.

I had the croque Monsieur which was very tasty. And my companions each had a burger which they seemed pleased with. We were there for lunch and did not imbibe, but enjoyed reading the beer and cocktail lists. Sounded like some good stuff.

I would love, love, love a place like this in Longmont.

Have to say I'm a little disappointed with my once-favorite neighborhood hangout. Came here last night with a group of people, several of whom arrived about 20 minutes before I did and were told it'd be a 45-minute wait for a table (despite there being 3 open tables within their line of vision) and no one ahead of them on the wait list... so, upon hearing that, they decided to leave and check out Ace, which didn't look as crowded -- I guess the hostess overheard that and all of a sudden, a table became available and they were seated right away. Okay then...

Our sever was nice but clearly in a rush or just frazzled, but not the typical friendliness I've come to love (and frankly expect) in Park&Co staff. It took about 20 minutes for a couple of the appetizers to come out. The bacon-wrapped dates -- one of my favorites and which have always been delicious -- were barely warm (but still tasty); since they're usually piping hot, this felt like they'd been sitting around waiting to be served for longer than usual.

The rest of the food came out in a pretty random order -- I'd ordered a burger after several others had already placed their orders, yet one of my friends (who'd ordered before I had) was still waiting for several minutes to get her sandwich after the rest of us had gotten our food. This was something our server did notice, though, and her food came soon after that.

...which brings me to my own burger. Again, I'm still sad that the tri-tip steak sandwich is no longer on the menu, which was by far better than anything else I've tried here. I went for the bacon guacamole ranch turkey burger last night and was disappointed. Not just because the meat was really dry, but especially because the "guacamole" -- which appeared as a generous scoop on everyone else's sandwich -- was, at best, little more than a green film of avocado smeared on one of the buns. The bun was delicious, but unfortunately the most flavorful part of the whole sandwich. And they forgot the ranch (which my server brought when I pointed this out), which isn't a huge deal for a place just starting out -- but come on guys, y'all have been here for a while now and should know better than to send out a burger without any sauce.

Though I'd previously resolved to only drink away my sorrows here (and maybe once in a while indulge in the bacon-wrapped dates too), and though I appreciate that they change up their wine list pretty frequently, the cheapest glass of red available on the current menu is $8, which is a little steep considering there are at least a few whites available for a couple bucks less. Just sayin'.

So yeah, hate to do this, but last night was definitely not a 4-star experience.

This might just be my new favorite spot! Went to Park & Co for the first time on a Friday night for dinner and I will definitely be back. I knew the food would be good, having frequented Park Burger on many a hungover Sunday--so no surprise there. We started with the dates stuffed with Gorgonzola and wrapped in bacon (yum). I had the Scarpone burger (comes with pancetta, giardiniera peppers and truffle aioli) and my husband had the Croque Madame.... all of it was incredible. While part of me wanted to branch out and try something other than a burger, I just couldn't bring myself to pass it up. They also have a great mix of beers on tap and in bottles, including several smaller micro brews from my beloved Ft. Collins (holla).

But what I really enjoyed about my Park & Co experience was the stellar customer service. Everyone--from the hostess to the bartender, and especially our server, Savannah--was super friendly, nice and accommodating. These days I feel like so many businesses get by on just average customer service, so I really appreciate the fact that the staff here takes pride in the way they treat people, going above and beyond to make sure you're having a good time. And it wasn't just me that noticed... I overheard the guys at the table next to us comment on how sweet the waitress was and how great the service was.

Nicely done, Park & Co. I'm looking forward to coming back and spreading the good word.

This place is amazing. It's all upscale bar food, and when I say upscale I mean the most delicious food I've ever eaten in a bar. Bacon wrapped dates stuffed with gorgonzola, Ummm hell yes. These are so delicious I literally did an autopsy on one in the bar and now I make them at home all the time. The burgers are the BEST in Denver. I know Cherry Cricket claims that title but I've been to both numerous times and Park & Co steals that title hands down. The bar is awesome, they have foosball in the waiting area, the staff is ridiculously friendly and I like the area and atmosphere

I have only been here once it's about a block away from my apartment so my boyfriend and I thought why not? I ordered the Bahn Mi sandwich and my boyfriend ordered sliders but the waiter got the order wrong and my poor boyfriend had to pick all the things off he didn't like because he didn't want to be rude. The host was really nice and at first our waiter was nice but he seemed more interested in the two women who were sitting next to us.

The food is really good but the waiter just seemed uninterested in giving us good service.

I felt as though Park and Co was a bit of a let down after all the hype I had heard. Or perhaps I was there for the wrong day and the wrong meal; Sunday brunch. I had heard great things about their brunch but I have to say, you are much better going to Stuebens up the street for this meal. The brunch menu at Park and Co looked as though it was clobbered together by a chef looking around his kitchen and saying, "okay, what can I just throw together." I got the breakfast burrito, which was fine but lacking that something special and that spiciness that I look for in burritos. My friend got the chicken chilaquiles, kind of like fancy nachos. They had good flavor but the presentation was off putting, again it looked like it was just thrown on the plate.
I eat at Park Burger all the time and love it to death. I am sure that if I had gotten a signature burger at Park and Co this review would have turned out much differently. I would be open to trying Park and Co again but not for brunch, I will stick to other places for that meal.

Everything I've ever tried here has exceeded my expectations.

The Fuego Steak melt is phenomenal but is pretty spicy.  If that's not your thing, try the New York Burger....

Also, get the Risotto Bites as an app if you are extra hungry.

They only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the staffing is light.  Sometimes they don't have a host so you have to wait just to sit down when the place isn't full.

I've had quite a few first dates here now, and I have to say, it's great.

Maybe it looks too much like a "dude spot" for you to think to bring a date here, but a first date is the perfect time to be playful before you find yourself in the low-lit overly romantic European bistro whose menu has about 30 words you can't pronounce. So bring a fun date to Park and Co where the exhaustive list of premium burgers means you can eat away your first- (or second-) date anxiety and wash down that unexpected deliciousness with a couple great craft beers.

After you schmooze and gain some liquid courage, the bar is packed with additional fun and entertainment. Foosball and shuffleboard are there for you to show off your mad skills or get completely crushed by your date - loser buys next round? The crowd here is really friendly, so if you see another group playing the game you want, ask if you and your date can play the next winning team.

    Burgers $8 - 10
    Fries $2 - 5
    Beers $4 - 7

    RECOMMENDATIONS:
    - Happy Hour Sliders $2
    - The Royal (bleu cheese, caramelized onions, bacon) $8
    - "Colorado Mountain Man" (Great Divide Denver Pale Ale and Strannahan's) $9 on Happy Hour
    - Shuffleboard

    Happy Hour:
    Nightly 4 - 6pm, 10 - 12am
    Sat/ Sun 11am - 6pm, 10 - 12am

I have been to park burger in the highlands many times and go especially for the veggie burger.  I recently moved to uptown and decided to hit up park & co on a rather dead monday night.  I ordered the veggie burger with cheese and fries to go, and arrived 10 minutes later as asked. When I got home the burger and fries were completely cold, when I picked up the burger the entire thing fell apart, and believe me I know these are messy, but when you have to eat the entire thing with a fork and knife forget it.  It had no burger sauce on it at all, hmm, they mustve forgot? Thats the best part :(.  I ended up paying 17$ all together for a cold burger and fries that I really couldnt even eat, which is super dissapointing because I was hoping this was going to be my new spot, but i dont think I'll be returning.

This place has potential - but we were there a few months ago and actually made up an excuse - to our waitress - to leave the restaurant, before we had even finished our meal.

I had high hopes when I ordered the Croque Monsieur - I've had several in Paris and it's one of my favorites. Unfortunately, the sandwich (although cooked well around the edges, was doughy and squishy on the inside. Also, it was covered with strong mustard - something that was not indicated on the menu. The horseradish flavor was very strong and overpowered any possible flavor from the bread or cheese. My husband's plate was equally as disappointing.

I am a big supporter of local restaurants, and really like the atmosphere of this place. Also the servers were friendly enough. Since this is a newer place - I'm optimistic that the food will improve over time, but it will probably be awhile before I may be willing to go back.

I classify Park and Co as a gourmet burger spot.  The menu is reminiscent of a gastropub, but it falls a bit short of that standard.  The gorgonzola stuffed bacon wrapped dates were a revelation in the appetizer department - absolutely a delicious combination.  That said, the parmesan truffle fries tasted overwhelmingly of raw garlic - I was not at all impressed.  The torta was a decent concept but the pork was dry and overdone.  I'd go again but order very carefully to avoid some of the menu items where the execution isn't up to par.

Royal Burger was great, and came in a hurry. I only wish the bun had been a little bit sturdier -- it had mostly disintegrated by the time I was halfway through the juicy masterpiece that was the meat. The truffle-parm fries were right up there.

Friendly but unobtrusive service. I'll be looking forward to trying some of the other burgers.

We stumbled across Park & Co about 6 months back when there was a 2 hour wait at Steubens.  The patio is buzzing when the weather is nice.  It can get crowded when the patio is closed but we rarely wait.  Service is friendly, service isn't very fast but we arent ever in a hurry.  I like it that they don't make you feel rushed.  I love the Buffalo chicken sandwich.  I get it grilled, not fied and it comes with the perfect amount of blue cheese dressing and shredded carrots and celery in the sandwich.  We also love the risotto balls and my husband digs the croque burger.  Park & C is always a top three when debating where to go out to eat.

Stopped by real quick for a drink and a burger. This bar/restaurant has a higher class feel, which can be attached to their website design.

Had the Royal Burger (Bacon and Blue Cheese) which was one of the better burgers I have ever had. Service was mediocre but place was packed.

Would go again to try some of the other menu items and some of their delicious looking fries.

This place does fantastic things with "simple food"!   I need to make this my go to spot when I'm hungry and looking for a bite to eat and a drink!  Park has a great vibe whether you are having dinner, drinks, or drinks and apps!  I be liking and will be back soon!

I was an out-of-towner on foot with an afternoon in Denver to kill and a hankering for a burger. Found this place on a Yelp search within walking distance. Left very satisfied.

Greeted soon after setting foot in the door. Outdoor patio was spacious and comfortable. Upon assessment of my beer preferences, our server made a few recommendations. I ate the Royal and washed it down with the Tank 7 Saison. My boyfriend, the multiple-meat-in-one-bite enthusiast, ordered the Croque. I can speak for the both of us by saying the burgers were flavorful, juicy and satisfying. And there wasn't a crumb left behind. Patties were a touch over-cooked, but I don't mind that so much when it comes to ground beef. I would've liked to have seen some more customized condiments rather than Heinz mustard and ketchup. Maybe there are some that I'm not aware of...?

Overall, casual environment, industrial yet warm design, extensive burger selection. Fair price-point for local beef and brews. Service was helpful and timely without being overly-eager. I'd definitely go back, especially to try the lamb sliders.

I really liked this place.  It was laid back with great service and the food was really good.  There have been a lot of smart decisions made here, such as the huge mirrors hanging on the wall so you can watch The Game at a table without turning around, thus increasing the odds of spilling your drink or choking on your food.  You see, they're saving you money...and your life.

Our server was awesome, the beer selection was awesome and my burger was supremely awesome and very different; I had never had one like it before (The Scarpone).

Love this place! They have done a great job of establishing themselves as an exceptional neighborhood spot in the up and coming 17th street stretch in uptown. I know because I live blocks away and pop in frequently for happy hour, dinner or some quick to-go food. The staff is extremely friendly and inspired and the menu puts a creative spin on contemporary bar and grill. Almost feel like it is a disservice to call them a "bar", because they do go above and beyond with thoughtful and frequent (but not too frequent) changes to the menu.

Great for a date night, happy hour or just enjoying an app at the bar with one of their tasty signature cocktails

Try the bacon wrapped, stuffed dates...Definitely try the burgers.

I had a great burger, the Royal: carmelized onions, bacon, blue cheese. The blue cheese wasn't overpowering, as it can be when used with a heavy hand. The burger was well-done, instead of medium as ordered, but it was still juicy. There is a decent beer selection, including Left Hand and Great Divide.

I knocked stars off for service. After I ordered the burger the server asked, quote: "What kind of fries?" To me, this implies they're included, and does not alert me that they will cost extra. (In a supposedly nicer place like this, I've typically been asked outright "Would you like a side," if it's extra.) It kind of sucks when you get the bill and realize, Surprise, here's a charge for something you didn't explicitly ask for.

Also strange, the hostess stand was empty when we walked in, and the place wasn't full. But the servers busily, almost comically, avoided seeing us for several minutes until I finally approached someone and asked where we could sit.

Maybe we hit it on a bad day. This place would be awesome if the service were standard.

Great atmosphere, great service, great beer/drinks, and AMAZING burgers. And regular and late happy hours every day, as well as most of Saturday/Sunday. Definitely my favorite place along the entire Ace/Steuben's/Tavern stretch of 17th.

    Some of my favorites here:
-El Chilango burger (guacamole, cheddar, jalapenos) - $8
-The Royal burger (blue cheese, caramelized onions, bacon) - $8.50
-Steak Sandwich  (roast beef, mushrooms, swiss, garlic aioli) - $10

    Happy Hour:
    M-F: 4pm-6pm, 10pm-12am
    Sat/Sun: 11am-6m; 10pm-12am
    $2 sliders
$1 off all drafts, $2 off all wines, $4-9 cocktail & a shot

    Weekend Brunch:
    -$7 bottomless mimosas
-sliders, omelettes, benedicts, salads, salads, burgers -- you name it, they have it

Stopped into Park and Co. on a whim on our happy hour hopping Saturday a few weeks ago.  We originally were headed to lunch, but instead found ourselves going from place to place to check out the deals and specials.

We sat at the bar and had a couple of rounds of drinks and each got a slider.  I opted for the traditional burger slider while my friend went with the breakfast slider.  We were both very pleasantly surprised.  The sliders were $2 each during happy hour - which seemingly goes on all day Saturday.  The bun and burger on mine both were nicely crisp, and the burger was super juicy.  The breakfast slider was a burger topped with an egg served on a little biscuit.  For $2!  Service was awesome and it was the kind of place I could probably spend a couple of hours - or many hours even.

I'm adding this to the list of places to hit next time I'm really craving a burger.  Can't wait to go back!

I love this bar! I am a long time resident of the uptown neighborhood and I don't know what I would do without Park & Co.  Unpretentious, comfortable and fun, a great place to meet friends or to people watch out of the large window front of the bar.

The food is pretty standard bar fare, some highlights for me, the bacon wrapped blue cheese filled dates are not to be missed, the bruschetta, and the risotto croquetts are all exceptional, and far better than what i've had at their over salted sister Park Burger.

The food however isn't the reason i keep returning, nor is it the reason for the five star rating. The staff, most notebaly, Sean, always goes so far out of the way to make sure I'm well taken care of. He is friendly and attentive without being overbearing or annoying.

This is a wonderful bar with better than average food. And an outstanding staff.

Veggie burger was good..it's a little crumbly/hard to eat, but decent flavor. Don't bother with the snicker's bread pudding - it came out cold in the middle and the best part about it was the ice cream!

I like the atmosphere here though..very pleasant to sit out on the patio with a glass of wine/beer and watch the world go by!

I've been through many of the better burger joints in Denver.  Higher-end burger places have been the in thing for a while and Park and Co are good at it.  I had the state fair burger with pulled pork, coleslaw, onion ring, and pimento cheese.  Great burger, but the bun didn't stand a chance.  I took one, maybe two bites before it became clear that this was a fork and knife burger.
The sweet potato fries were dead-on and the service was attentive and friendly.  I will go again - the menu is filled with interesting combinations of flavors and who doesn't want a good burger?

    Food: 3.5
Atmosphere: -2 ( music was WAY TOO loud)
Service: -5 stars .. server messed up order 2 times and never came back. We asked for manager and he tried to help us with the order, and messed it up again. LOL I believe, due to the LOUD music they all have developed some HEARING problem. It was really annoying to ask and repeat yourself over and over again to get your food.

Let me be clear - I really like Park & Co.  I've been a few times and would normally give this place a 4-5 star rating.  My last experience was awful.  The food was great, the drinks were great, the service was outstanding.  My problem?  The fruit flies.  EVERYWHERE.  In a completely non-Alanis kind of way, I sent my drink back because there was a fly in my wine.  Well, flies, really.  They were all over the food, all over the table; it was awful.

Before anyone questions - the table was clean, it wasn't as though it hadn't been wiped down.  In fact, my companion and I moved tables to try to get away from the little suckers.  Point being, when you have to cover your wine (No. 2!) with a napkin (indoors), there's a problem that needs to be addressed.  Our server was VERY apologetic.

Having said that, assuming the fruit fly problem gets solved, Park & Co is a great place to hang out.  The food is delish - try the Gorgonzola-stuffed dates wrapped in bacon.  Mouthgasm.  Everything I've tried, I've liked.  The staff is very friendly.  I like the place.  I just won't be eating there until the fly issue is managed.

Atmosphere is nice (just like every other restaurant with a patio). I was there for brunch and got the California Eggs Benedict and it should have been called  just Benedict.. It was SOAKED in sauce. Awful.

Service was just ok. She forgot everything I asked for wit an "oh yeah, sorry!" every time I asked again. We were one of two tables...

May be better as a bar than a brunch spot.

If you are on the hunt for an amazing veggie burger, look no further. Park and Co has an amazing veggie burger that is made with real veggie and beans!  I will warn you, however, the are a little crumbly. Plan on using your fork to finish it off. The veggie burgers come with their special burger sauce. It is a mayo based sauce, which is kind of a deal breaker for me. Instead of the special sauce, I asked them to bring me a side of BBQ sauce. It was a great substitute. I highly recommend it!

The chicken caprese sandwich is also very tasty. Again if you are not into mayo, be sure to decline the roasted red pepper aoili. It comes with a side of balsamic vinegar which is delish.

My boyfriend ordered the state fair burger which has beef, bbq port, coleslaw, a crispy onion, and some sort of mayo aoili. He is a mayo fan and ranted and raved about it all afternoon. (Moral of this story--If you don't like mayo, you may need to special order a different sauce of most of their sandwiches).

Another cool thing is if you want to get fries, but can't decided between sweet potato or regular fries, you can get half orders of each! So, why choose?

We sat by the window, which seemed like a good idea at the time. It's a nice people watching spot. However, I did have one complaint. They seem to have a serious gnat problem. We killed a few while eating and they were still flying in our faces and landing on our food. We mentioned it to the waiter and he said they knew it was a problem and were actively taking steps to correct it. Hopefully that problem will go away as we move into the Summer months.

    We'll definitely eat here again!

Definitely a fan. The burgers are tasty (better than most in Denver).

They suggest medium for the beef burgers but the two that showed up were definitely well done. However they were not dry and flavorless.

The person who served us was relaxed, friendly and bugged us just enough to make us feel that we were being looked after. The atmosphere is causal and the place was darn CLEAN (at least when I was there).

If you drink beer, this place has tons of local and micro beers on offer. Also a full bar.

Only recommendation is to not overcook those tasty burgers.

The Chicken Caprese sandwich cured my hangover. That's some good eats right there! All across the board the food is solid. I really like this place for lunch with the parents or coworkers.

I organized a Holiday lunch with 10 people from work and this business totally hooked us up. We had a large table in the back with lots of servers attending to our needs. Moreover, they made room for a gentleman in my party who is in a wheel chair. Thanks guys!

Any sandwich they make is freakin' awesome. I really like the Turkey Club and the aforementioned Chicken Carpese. Also, the burgers are award-winning and very unique. There's one where they slap a fried egg on top! Holla!

As always, I judge a place by the quality of their fries and this place doesn't disappoint. Not only are the regular fries crispy yet greazzy and delicious but the sweet potato fries are right on the money. One tip: fries are not included if you get a burger or sandwich so order those separately.

I have yet to actually come here to drink but I will fo sho be stopping by to check out the beer. There is a shuffle board table too which is way awesome. I like that the front windows open up to allow for air movement...and good people watching.

Not bad, not great. I was on a 30 day vegetarian kick so this review is based on the veggie burger. It had a good flavor, but fell apart too easily. The beer selection was decent. However, the prices were on the higher side. You have to order fries in addition to the sandwich. I had the truffle and Parmesan fries. They were tasty.

I would come back and try it again when I am eating burgers.

I don't know how to feel about this place, came here because I was thinking they would have buffeelow like Park Burger on Pearl but they did not. I saw Harris Ranch beef on the menu & recalled reading somewhere about the terrible sights & smells occurring while driving passed the feedlot. I busted out the phone and googled it and sure enough the image given was of cows standing in a really miserable feedlot. Now since then I have done some research & am still not really clear on the whole story with this beef, I hear they live a happy life frolicking in the sun & grass until their last week where they wind up at the feedlot. Moral of the story, I didn't really want to eat it.

I ended up getting a turkey sandwich (which probably also didn't live a very luxurious life) & it was....ok. I took half of it home but never got around to eating it. It was just unremarkable.

They did give me free birthday shots though with absolutely no prodding so that was amaaaaazing.

When my mother mentioned she had a friend in town and wanted to show her a little gem in Denver, she turned to me, yelper extraordinaire, to find a place for a bite and a brew. I settled upon Park & Co because 1) I have not had the pleasure of coming here yet and 2) it gets great reviews...and now i know why!

P=perfectly located in Uptown and right on the corner :)
A=awesome, and i mean AWESOME food. Although I was there for quite some time, my guests and I only munched on a few sweet potato fries [to die for!] and the homemade chips and dip. wow! [ps. we ate everything...AND licked our plates clean!]
R=radtastic space. As soon as I walked in, I loved the unique chandeliers, spacious bar, cozy tables right by the windows and shuffle board tables :)
K=kick ass happy hour specials. wow. nothing beats a drink and a shot OR 2-4-1 dirty martini's...all for $6. sooo my kind of my place :)

    and

C=complimentary parking in the ally with additional lot parking in back. I went on a Saturday afternoon and was pleasantly surprised to get a street parking space, super close too!
O=outstanding service. Our waitress had perfect timing and checked back with us frequently, was polite and very helpful in our choices for drinks.

Alright Park & Co, you had me at hello :)
