Parrott Cove Grill and Bar

Went to Harbor Cove to see Shannon Tanner.  Well we wanted something quick to eat so we looked around and saw Pirate Cove.  The hostess was so sweet she got our kids a couple of toy cars and got my daughter some bubbles.  We just ordered appetizers to go but they were very good.  While sitting pretty close to the restaurant the hostess noticed our drink was empty, she got us a refill...  When the show was over our little one needed some milk for his bottle so I went back to Pirate Cove and the bartender gave me milk for it free of charge.  Just had a great experience with the staff, hopefully you will too...

Yes, it's definitely a dive (the booth next to us is apparently used as an office. Literally.) But the food was decent-great for the prices-and the service was GREAT.
I had the house salad with fried oysters and have no complaints. The house vinegarette is delish.

This was a dive, which was surprising given the location.  Eat outside, not inside - the overwhelming fried food smell inside was enough to turn my stomach.  I don't mind a dive at all - often they have really great food.
My shrimp (fried) were delicious. (Although way, way overpriced.)  Hubby's burger was good, the kiddos opted for a hot dog.  (Hint: if you have two kiddos getting hot dog meals, order the twin dogs from the menu - better buy.)

Live music, nice breeze off the water, playground within sight.

So, the shrimp was way over-priced but yummy.  Interior not so desirable.   I don't think we'd go back but not unhappy to have been.
