Parson's Chicken & Fish

Great chicken
- Great patio in Logan Square.
- Be prepared to wait even on a Monday night.
- Ceviche was just ok. Fish could have used more flavor.
- Pimento toast was delicious. Crispy baguette topped with cheese, onions, arugula, and a whole bunch of other flavors. There was way too much cheese though.
- Fried chicken is crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, decent, but nothing outstanding. Not much f
- Shrimp salad sandwich was pretty good but putting mayo'd shrimp on untoasted bread smothered in butter turns into a mushy mess.
- Pegroni slushies are strong but so so good. Must try those,

Ambiance and service are great though. Food was just ok.
