A refreshing change from the local pool and dart places! Â I read another review where the lighting is too bright like a grocery store. i assure you the place is lit from pool table lights, dart board lights, fluorescent beer lights, and small wall sconces for score keeping. Â
The place rocks! Â there is a limited "bar food" menu but you can't beat the beer and liquor prices. Â VERY AFFORDABLE!!!
I've only been here a couple times so far, so there's room to upgrade my review.
There are about 8 7-foot coin-op pool tables, which seem in decent condition. Â There were a few rolls on the tables, but management seems eager to get any flaws taken care of.
There are steel-dip and soft-tip dart boards.
The menu consists of pizzas, hot dogs, brats, and chips-cheese. Â They have drink specials, and I think on Saturday, it's $10 buckets.
They have been holding several tournaments for dart and pool players, which are gaining in popularity.
Employees are friendly, bathrooms are clean, smoking outside. Â On my 2 visits, it was pretty brightly lit. Â I'm indifferent about this, but some of my fellow poolplayers felt it was lit more like a grocery store than a pool hall. Â Concrete flooring, 1 large TV above the bar, ample parking, TouchTunes jukebox. Â As it grows in popularity, this location will probably need more tables and chairs.
When you approach it, watch for the sign. Â It's set back from the road at an angle facing northwest next to a martial arts studio in a mini shopping plaza with plenty of parking.
