    This pizza is GREAT,
My wife and I frequent this place for pizza & a movie or nights when we feel like the convenience of grabbing a pizza vs. cooking.

I usually get take-out (pickup) because I live just up the street, although I ate lunch a couple times too since they have pizza by the slice and its a very good value.

They use nice ingredients and have nice thin crust. I actually like my crust crispier, and when i remember i tell them to cook it a little longer for me, but I usually forget and throw it in the oven 10min when I get home.

the eat-in area is CLEAN, but its just not much of an atmosphere for a night out, and their margartia pizza is very tasty, but they could make it better by using riper Roma tomatoes vs. whatever they are using now.

but, great pizza like it should be done! thank you Amore!

The food here is really good, some of the best pizza I've had in the area so far. Delivery is pretty quick and you can order through GrubHub, which is a nice convenience. The delivery driver is always really friendly too.

Don't order desserts from them through GrubHub though. We have had 3 items the last couple of orders that they didn't have in stock, and the charges never refunded. Stick to the basic items, or call them first to make sure they have them.

My family and I just had their Italian Supreme and Caesar Salad and it was crappy. The salad greens had black spots so it was not properly washed. The pizza crust was hard! No joke but it made one of my nephew's front teeth fall off! Rather have Costco pizza than from this joint.

Had pizza there last night jan-4-13. If you like indestructible crust with the taste and texture of booth leather, this is the place for you. Call beforehand to ensure they are using the same recipe for RAWHIDE PIZZA CRUST.

Good pizza, decent price! Salads & wings are great to... I would highly recommend for a quick meal over Domino's or Pizza Hut.

I have been hesitant to eat here after I saw a delivery of factory-made pizza dough balls while visiting the nearby Subway. After being stuck at home and unable to drive, I decided to give them a try (I was sick of all the food my girlfriend had loaded the house up with and she wasn't there to send to the store again).

Nothing about the food disappointed, but nothing was great.  All of the items I ordered seemed to be exactly average.  Pizza was good without any real positives or negatives.  The wings are exactly what I picture in my mind's-eye when I think of a passable wing.  The mozzarella sticks are exactly like every other restaurant you've been to.

There are many worse things in life than being average, and I'll likely order from them again.

If you like NY style pizza you must make a stop in. I stumbled across this place on my way home from the beach. After trying this place out I now make it a point to stop in every time I come back from the beach.

When the moon hits your eye like a big pizza pie, THAT'S Amore!

We at LCAD, (Laguna College of Art and Design) subsist on this wonderful pizza. Always a crowd pleaser and very affordable, students and faculty alike adore, amore.

This place is awesome. Really high-quality cheese makes a big difference. You can't go wrong with the pepperoni, seems like we ate 2-3 a week the whole time we were in Aliso Viejo (offset with lots of hiking and trips to the beach of course).

I love this place! I always go here when I'm working :) The staff is really friendly and the lunch combo is a good deal! I usually save the salad for dinner since the pizza is quite big!

Fast delivery to my hotel room and good, hot pizza. Very nice delivery guy who apologized sincerely for forgetting my side salad and said he'd be right back with it.  Within about 5 minutes he was and had included a big chocolate chip cookie in the bag.  What a class act!  Wish this place was in my home neighborhood.

This place was close to my house to I usually just order ahead for pick up. The BBQ chicken pizza is awesome. I am usually not a fan of pepperoni pizzas because they tend to be salty but the one from here is good. Ordered the wings once and they were just okay.

Give this place a try! Even if you don't love it, you won't hate it.

Just got back from new York and tried this place. Closest thing to NYC pizza in orange county. <a href="/redir?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.15dayescrow.com&s=9162567713da056eedbee482746e6797f8e21c0a2647d5691df6a6b914de3d7c" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">http://www.15dayescrow.c…</a>

Love this place.  I'm not a huge pizza fan, but my husband is.  This is the one place we can agree on.  Great food and the staff is very helpful and friendly.  Wonderful dining experience.

We tried Pizzeria Amore out of convenience (it's really close to my house) and now I'm in love.

I always order the Italian Supreme pizza and a cold Antipasto salad. The staff are professional and friendly. I call in my order for pick up, they say 15-20 minutes and it's always ready when I get there.

The pizza is delicious. Fresh ingredients, awesome dough and not overly greasy. (I hate greasy pizza!) And prices are reasonable.

Called them to order take-out pizza. I really wanted thin-crusted N.Y. style pizza.  I asked for the largest, they said that was 14-inch. I ordered some hotwings too.  They said it'd take 20 minutes.  I arrived 30 minutes later and the pizza was ready, and I had to wait a minute for the hotwings. Glancing up I saw that they had a 16-inch pizza. (HUH?) Why did the guy tell me 14-inch was the largest.  The pizza was good, but the crust wasn't stiff, but was droopy.  Maybe that is how it is meant to be. I've had stiff crusts in the past at other pizzarias and loved it.  Maybe it is supposed to be droopy.  The chicken wings were smaller in quantity that I'm used to getting from Dominoe's and they stuck some celery sticks and carrot sticks in there. I like veggies, BUT when you put them in a sealed container with hot wings the vegetables get steamed and also get droopy.  So they go up from one-star (my delivery fiasco last May), but still not excellent.

Fresh tasting pizza for people who like real pizza (not the generic stuff). Awesome by- the-slice pizza that is quick, cheap and tastes amazing. The ingredients are extremely fresh and these small touches make a world of difference. I really enjoyed the dough and the sauce, perfect blend.

Sides are icing on the cake! Great salads, breadsticks and wings!!!

C'mon. So many pizza joints, so little time. I wish it were better, but it's not. This place NEEDS to be better.

This joint replaced the Dominoes that used to occupy this space. Not sure if the trade off is worth it, frankly. It's saying something when you kind of wish the Dominoes didn't go.

I've actually come in here, looked at the pizza available to purchase by the slice and decided it just didn't look any good and walked out.

Plus: They sell by the slice.
Minus: The slice does not taste good.

3.5 star rounded up to 4 start only because of the starters on the menu. Ordered some pizza on Saturday night and also got an order of their Spicy Wings and order of Jalapeño Poppers.

The pizza is thin crust and there was slightly less sauce than I would have liked, but since there was less sauce, you could actually get the full taste of the excellent bread and crust. I usually ditch the crust since I consider it filler, but this time I found myself actually eating it. As odd as this sounds, the pizza crust is the star of the show. Weird huh? However, the Wings and Jalapeno Poppers easily out shined the pizza as they were both tasty and excellent.

In the end, the pizza is slightly above average but the appetizers were awesome in my opinion. If you get delivery or take-out, definitely give their appetizers a try.

If you're in south Orange County (and I mean way down south) then definitely check this place out.

They do thin crust style pizza which you can order by the slice.  It's made fresh every other hour or so (they don't let the slices sit all day).  They have an awesome pesto pizza which is made using a pesto sauce for the base as opposed to marinara.  It isn't always available by the slice but it's good enough to justify ordering a whole pie.

They have a huge tv in the back but it's not really a place you'd go to watch the game.  If you're in the area or live in their delivery zone, it's a must for pizza.

Really good pizza!  The dough is thin with a little chew, much better than the bready stuff you get at all the chains.  I particularly liked the sauce, very pronounced tomato flavor with a hint of sweetness.

Being the first time here, we got the plain cheese pizza and the margarita pizza.  Both were tasty with the nod going to the simple margarita pizza.  It has fresh tomatos and basil on it.

This is a good place to go when you need a very good pizza.

Suprisingly the salads are reallly good too.  The chicken on the salad is very flavorful and well seasoned.

The shop is super clean, with seating for about 20, however half the people had to-go orders.  This is not a place to hang out, because it's pretty spartan, chairs and small tables, no longing here.  Although they had the NBA playoffs showing on the 52" on the wall.

    We'll be back

As an avid lover of pizza pies, I have to say this Pizzeria is one of my favorites in Orange County. From New York to Chicago to San Francisco, I had the opportunity to try many different styles, but when I came down to Los Angeles, I stumbled onto this restaurant by pure luck. It was fate that had brought this pizza pie and me together. I ordered The Meat Lover's pizza. The dough was phenomenal, the crust of the pizza was a soft and puffy quickly tapering to an ingredient filled center. The taste was rich. The chef even came out to greet us with candor and optimism. Truly, one of the most humble people I have ever met in LA. My trips to Southern California is always fun filled, but this time, the highlight of the trip was my time at Pizzeria Amore.

For anyone who lives in the heart of Orange County, I would recommend Pizzeria Amore as one of the premier restaurants in LA

Let me start off by saying that I have been to New York and have had their pizza. This is by far the closest slice of pie you can get in Orange County. The crust, that perfect balance between doughy and crispy. I ordered the margherita pizza, I liked the fresh basil on top to contrast the tomato and cheese. It's inexpensive and pretty quick when you order for pick up. The service was really great and the staff were really friendly as we chatted with them while waiting for our pizza. I would HIGHLY recommend this restaurant to others!
