  Very angry, very upset. Went there on a Thursday evening, 6:12pm, small wait, not an issue. I was 4th in line for my order, after 10 min, noticed I did not get a reciept, asked the counter person. He printed a copy, after 22 more min, no order. People coming in after me getting served. After 38 min, I spoke up and asked the status, they said it will be more wait. 7 customers that came in after me picked up what they ordered and left. I became very upset, spoke to the "manager", she stated, wait my turn, I told her I did, she snapped back, You need to wait longer. I only ordered a 5 piece chicken strip, and fish sandwich. No apology for my wait, just a angry little punk manager screaming to me to wait. I will never go again, as they must not care about customers or my money

  Love the food, meh on the service.
  
  I love chicken strips, and I could bathe in the cajun gravy mashed potatoes as long as I had a buttery biscuit as a life raft. I seriously could eat my weight in biscuits and mashed potatoes. Food is fairly always fresh, not sure if they planned it that way or if they can't plan well. Usually you have to wait, 5-7 minutes for your food.
  
  They have plenty of sides and options for mild or spicy. Its some good chicken I can tell you that!

  I get spicy chicken strips here almost every Tuesday evening. I can't speak to experiences others may have had other times of the day.
  Great food. The staff and managers make sure the food is FRESH! not stuff that has been sitting under the heat lamps for hours. I have been to several Popeye's locations in the Denver area, and this one is top! Very friendly staff too.

  Ummmm..... needs alot of work. Dining room gets overwhelmed at lunch time. Chicken is okay - but sides could use some help. Won't be returning and it is steps from my office.

  For a lesson in how NOT to run an eating establishment, visit THIS location by all means.
  
  There were four of us who ordered. EVERY single one of us had something wrong with our orders:
  
  1. NONE of us received biscuits with our combos
  
  2. One person ordered some promotional chicken meal, spicy and only AFTER  she had paid and was handed the order, she was told "oh sorry, that only comes in mild"
  
  3. One person got half the portion size on the same chicken combo ordered by another person.
  
  4. One person didn't get their coleslaw with their combo (or a fork!)
  
  5. I got beans and rice but no flipping fork either! (and no, you can't get them yourself, you have to ask)
  
  I will never, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever eat at this location AGAIN!
