Yonggung - Dragon Palace Restaurant

Although this is supposedly a Korean Chinese restaurant, they sure had some Korean dishes.  I had a bowl that was split down the middle with half seafood jampong soup, and half black bean noodles.  I thought both were delicious and the price was very reasonable.  There were some dishes on other pages of the menu that were quite pricy.  The restaurant itself is very nice with a little bit of an upscale feel.  Best I could tell, I was the only non-Korean in the restaurant, which is a good sign.  Also, they were very friendly and welcoming.  The only minor ding is that the jampong didn't have that much seafood in it, but it made up for it in flavor.  I'm sure I'll be going back.

This has become our preferred Korean-Chinese spot in the Denver area.

Our two top dishes for any place in this category are jjajangmyun (black bean noodles) and pork tangsuyuk, which is a crispy, sweet and sour pork with stir-fried vegetables. Dragon Palace does both of these very well.

We also like the clean, modern atmosphere. If you're in the mood to try the Korean take on Chinese food, this is a good place to visit.

Yonggung is the perfect blend of Chinese and Korean cuisine. This restaurant comes from California to bring back a genuine taste of Chinese and Korean food to Colorado. The waiters and waitress have great personalities and bring you the best service. Fair prices with lunch and dinner specials as well. I was truly impressed!
