Went here tonight because my friend was having a birthday gathering and she wanted a place with karaoke.
I had originally planned on staying all night but I got called into work tomorrow so I had to cut the evening short -- thus, I only wanted to get one drink, and it would have been something simple like vodka with cranberry (I don't drink beer).
I only had three dollars in cash on me, so I went to the bar to try and find out if they had a minimum on cards and place an order.
There were three bartenders behind the bar -- two of them didn't really appear to be doing anything and the other was talking to some customers at the bar.
I was ignored for several minutes (and also watched the bartender who was talking to customers down his own beer) until one of them finally came over and told me that they have a $10 minimum on cards. Not wanting to buy more than one drink or be charged fees at the ATM in the bar, I opted not to get anything -- they lost my business tonight.
I started making this bar a regular place to get lunch to go since I work down the street. They have a nice selection of typical bar menu food. My favorite item is the buffalo chicken salad which is basically a house salad with buffalo chicken on top. I also had the chicken parm and the portions were gigantic. They have good beer on tap and the service is decent.
