Red Bar

Staying at Hyatt for a flight tomorrow and the bar's location is very convenient for any hotel guests . Friendly staff but took them a while to figure out who was suppose to take care of me since it was open seating. Being by myself on this trip, the big screen TV's kept me company. I highly recommend their steak sandwich served medium rare, it was beyond my expectation a bar sandwich. I would come back again.

Average bar food.  We had a cheese pizza, buffalo wings, soda, an apple pie. Total before tip was $39. Soda was $3.50.  I think the "seat yourself and wait for a server" is a poor business model for this bar. I saw two people leave because no one noticed them for about 10 minutes. After about 5 minutes of waiting, I went to find a waiter. To be fair, this was around 4:30pm. The staff almost doubled around 4:45pm.

Cool atmosphere. One of the nicest hotel bars I've ever been to. Being near O'Hare and the convention center means lots of patrons to make the place hum.
