Red Robin

I am sorry, but Red Robin serves burgers that are just barely a step up from drive-through.  Their fries are good if you ask for crispy, but they are often underdone if you don't.  If you want to be thought of as a burger choice, you need to serve your burgers to the temperature of your customer's choosing.  Red Robin refuses to serve rare burgers, and most of the time their burgers are med-well to well.  Wrong for me.  Worst of all, when you send a message to their corporate offices via email to suggest that they should consider buying beef that they are comfortable serving rare, they simply ignore and do not respond to your message.  I am a customer, and I will bring my patronage to businesses that can appreciate that dynamic.

Met dad for the Broncos 2 sack deal.  All day Tuesday after the Broncos get 2 sacks in a game you get a free tavern burger with the purchase of another meal and 2 drinks.  Another we figured out is you can get your bottomless fries and order a salad with your hamburger.   Quite a good deal and I sure do like the Fiery Ghost Burger and the Crispy Chicken Tender Salad.

We went here since I had a gift card had not been here for a while  I have been trying to eat a little healthier so ordered the 2 sides with sweet potato fries and onion strings the fries were good strings a greasy mess I ordered a burger that had onion strings in it and skipped them in the burger well there was so much sauce in the burger it was just  a slimy mess  my wife ordered fish and chips with a veggie side in place of fries the fish was gleaming in grease and was well past crispy toward way overdone.

the waitress never really came over to ask how the food was or wonder why over half was not eaten.

I ordered the rasberry liemade and it came in a tall glass instead of the fancy one it says
This sweet raspberry limeade combines raspberry and lime fruit flavors, Sprite® and a fresh lime wedge. Bottomless refills!

the one i got first had no lime or really any lime flavor my 2nd came in the fancy glass but tasted no better to me.

i know you are going to say why didn't you call a manager over, my wife really does not like doing that so i can't say that RR did nothing just that the food that was served was very poor and showed a lack of QA in the kitchen.

The worst part was i forgot my wallet and gift card so we had to pay cash for the meal and my wife does not want to go back!
