I'm always a little leery about going to restaurant's in strip malls. Â I just feel like somehow I'm being overcharged for something that is probably not going to taste that good.
Ron's Grill is NOT one of those. Â This place is a true gem, hidden in a strip mall where many disgruntled Comcast customers can often be found. Â The food is great for the price, and I always order my Filipino favs like the Tapsilog and Tocilog. Â I will not care to elaborate what that is as we live in the information age.
I mean before I can answer your question I'm sure Google can provide you with the definition, pics, and links as to what the hell I'm talking about. Â Did I mention I want to name my first born son Google. Â Not his first name, but like Payton Google Ramos or something...wait I got off track.
This place is great, and I will most def be coming back, and I'm going to order that Jibarito that people have been raving about. Â It's places like these that redeem restaurants in shady strip malls.
got steak and chicken kabobs to go for me and my wife. Â typical Styrofoam to go boxes, but were mostly filled in with white rice. Â i had the steak, and it was tasty, but I could have eaten about twice the amount they gave. Â vegi-kabobs were also included, also very tasty. Â I read a lot about their garlic rice, but I got regular white rice and it was certainly nothing special - I guess you have to specify the garlic rice or else you'll get the bland minute rice stuff.
the kabobs were good, just a little skimpy on portion size of the meat. Â I probably need to give them another try and specify the garlic rice and ask if i can pay to get a double order of meat.
