This a review for the brunch only. I came here with a group of about 15 and we were seated immediately. $42 all you can eat fast. Drinks are no longer included, but apparently the price went down from $50. I had a Bloody Mary for another $5 bucks, which is completely reasonable.
There is so much food...breakfast-y stuff as well as other options such as seafood.
Here are some highlights:
Waffles
Lobster
Sushi
Omelets
Steak
Kani Salad
Assortment of cakes and cookies
Great place to come with family or a large group. There is something for everyone.
So many people in my social set think of Rothmann 's only as a Thursday night singles bar that they forget it is a really good restaurant. A recent Saturday night dinner confirmed that they can hold their own against the best of the North Shore steakhouses.
First of all, our reservation was honored. The place was packed but there was a table waiting for my group. A good start.
My dinner started off with seared foie gras. No longer served in many restaurants this preparation was great. The only fault was that the portion was tiny. Lots of accompaniments but only a tiny piece of liver. A prime rib special came in three sizes. I ordered the middle size and not only was it wonderful, it was more than any one person could eat. (The large cut must be half a cow.) My dining companions all ordered steaks and all came to the table perfectly cooked and delicious. Sides were also very good with just one exception. The french fries are awful. Not just bad they are really awful and have no place in a resturant this good.
Rothmann's is a full priced NY steakhouse that not only competes in the big leagues but is close to the top. With some fine tuning it could get there.
I came here with a group of 7 people for Sunday Brunch and I think it's safe to say we all had a great time.
At first the thought of going to a "buffet-style" brunch kind of weirded me out, but at a place like Rothmann's my original thoughts couldn't be further from the truth. As soon as I walked in, I had no reason to be weirded out by the sight of lobster and prime rib and sushi galore. Everything that was offered was superb. My only complaint is that I didn't come with more of an appetite... I hardly went back for seconds, womp wahh. I know, I suck.
This really is a great deal for brunch, if you plan on stuffing yourself silly. I would also highly recommend to have a birthday here in one of the private rooms.
I can only speak to the Sunday brunch as it's the only meal I've ever had at Rothmann's, and what a buffet it is - truly high quality product from start to finish, this brunch consists of everything from custom omelettes and pancakes to skirt steak, prime rib, sushi, lobster and more - you really do get alot of bang for the multiple bucks you'll shell out for this meal
unfortunately, over time they've started to cheap out in certain ways to help their bottom line...the deal used to be $50 all you can eat plus bottomless mimosa's, bellini's, bloody mary's, screwdrivers & champagne...then the crab legs disappeared...then the drinks became 1 to a customer and a $10 add on for unlimited...on our last visit this past sunday a sign was posted indicating that starting  march 3rd the price was dropping to $42 but no drinks will be included and seating will be limited to 2 hours max...will have to give it a go to see if they're really pushing people out the door but if that's the case this may be the end of the line
This place is perfect for a special occasion. If you're going on any old night, expect to pay top dollar for your steaks (which, in my opinion, are pretty good), but the Sunday brunch is a much better value. Brunch includes a plethora of fresh foods: halved lobsters, made-to-order sushi rolls, an omelet station, juicy prime rib, flavorful flank steak, and a chocolate fondue fountain with dozens of dip-ables, and mimosas or bellinis (which are included).
Review Source:The food is very inconsistent. Â Some nights its good, others its not. Â Last night --- mediocre at best. Â I've dined there three times over the past 8 months. I think will will be the last. Â The service is painfully slow. Â The management, unattentive. Â Looking around the dining room, it appeared that there were "regulars" who were well taken care of and then "the rest of us." Â For a great steak, there are MUCH better options not too far away - Blackstones, Bryant & Cooper. Â And for great non-steak food, there are many good options around. Â For a place with so much potential, they seem to let a lot of things slip through the cracks. Especially the service.
Review Source:We used to cut through this place (there was a gate in the fence) to get from my neighborhood to HoJo's for an icecream - that was the loophole since our parents didn't want us riding our bikes along 106/25A. Â Despite that bit of nostalgia...
As an adult I've been to this place quite a few times for dinner. Â I like steak. Â I like good sides. Â I like not having to go to Smith and Wollensky if the mood suddenly hits for a nice steak dinner out. Â And this is a good place to swap that for. Â Not nearly as good as some of the steak houses in the city, but you can skip the trip and reservations. Â And walking home drunk can be fun, eh?
The wine list is okay, the service is okay, the food is good. Â The hotel could use some serious work, but it does what it needs to do: provide a clean place to sleep.
I wouldn't take someone here to propose but for a local good meal, non-milestone birthday or other celebration it is a good choice.
God I love meat.
and asparagus, and creamed spinach, and potatoes, and onions, and mushrooms, and baked clams and grilled octupus and SUSHI.
Rothmans is a fantastic steak house on the north shore - their specials are always excellent, and compliment a decent sized menu.
Dont be that guy that orders a hunk of grilled chicken at a steak house - I'm sure its great, but c'mon dude. Â They recently added sushi to their menu, and its well worth it. Â They also have a brunch thats huge - huge. Â Raw bar, sushi, meats, fruits, CAKE, its like fat kid heaven. Â If you go, head in a little before your reservation, grab a beer at the bar and have some of their home made potato chips...we've been coming here for years and its definitely a JG go to, I've never had a bad meal or bad service here...even when my wild nephews are destroying the booth, they still grin and bring them chicken nuggets (so yea, you're not supposed to get chicken in a steak house...unless you're 4. Â then you get whatever shuts you up)
I took my brother, who lives in the Midwest, out for a steak dinner. I always wanted to try Rothmann's because friends of mine spoke highly of it. We were seated in the library room, which was roomy, fairly quiet  and quite comfortable. I ordered the 12 oz filet mignon and my brother ordered the sirloin special. We also ordered a side of mashed potatoes and a side of mushrooms. We were very impressed with the quality of the meats. In fact, everything was excellent. The waiters were jovial and attentive to our needs. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our meals. The one flaw is that the waiter forgot to bring me my dessert. I guess he got involved with another table and forgot. Oh, well. I really didn't need it anyway. I plan to return in the future.
Review Source:Lobster & Steak Buffet!!
Came here for a brunch buffet and it was really worth the price they charge. The steak itself was juicy, beautifully flavored, and excellently cooked. The lobsters were cold which I didn't like but it was still good nonetheless. The hot entrees were lacking and so was the desserts. I'd much rather go to The Manor in NJ, but it's much further from me.
Steak is delicious...
What a find! Â Rothmann's Steak House has great food, ambience, and service to create a experience that is worth trying again. Â
Let me make one thing clear, this place is extremely expensive so don't go here if you're looking to spend $20 for a steak and salad because you need at least twice that if not more so. Â I personally think the prices should be a little cheaper but for the quality it's hard to complain.
The ambience of each room is nice with low lighting and and nice decor. Â A very comfortable atmosphere with a wait staff that not only is quick and helpful, but also has a great sense of humor, which made the experience all the more pleasurable. Â
The bread is great, and the lobster bisque which I order everytime I come here is delicious. Â A very large portion and for the high price you do get a well filled soup with a good amount of seafood (however a little more wouldn't hurt). Â Â The fries are delicious and the two desserts I've had, the molten chocolate cake and a small banana pie dish are nothing short of delectable if a little rich.
Though it's not a place I'd be going to often due to the price, for a special occasion with good friends or family, Rothmann's Steak House is worth it.
I loved everything at Rothmann's! From the decor, to the location, to the food, to the service, it was high class, 5 stars all the way!!
Inside, Rothmann's dining rooms are all very elegant and even have names. The room I dined in was called the Library Room. I felt at home instantly.
We had a really friendly, funny waiter. It was nice to be able to laugh and joke around instead of having to be all serious. He also made a great recommendation, which I will soon get to.
For starters, I had the heirloom tomato salad with white onions. The name is a bit deceiving because the dish is more like some sliced tomatoes and sliced onions, rather than a salad. But it was good quality veggies. Can't complain.
Next, the steak. I ordered the New York Strip. This was a great and juicy cut of meat, let me tell you. Other than Peter Luger's, which will always be my favorite steak, I can't remember the last time I enjoyed a steak so much.
On the side, we ordered the special Lobster Mac and Cheese, on the recommendation of our waiter! Thanks! This was delicious beyond words!!
For dessert, I topped it all off with the molten lava chocolate cake. Again, amazing.
Even the breads in the bread basket were high quality.
Overall, a wonderful dining experience. I would enjoy coming back for sure.
We have always chosen Rothmann's for special occasions and this year we went for Mother's Day. We were so disappointed. What happened to you? This used to be the quintessential steakhouse on long Island to which all other standards were set. However, the service has gone way down hill. The waiters were not proffessionals. Were they picked up at Home Depot this morning? They did not carry themselves with an air of refinement or grace. There was no introduction, he did not come over to clean the plates, fold our napkins, wipe off crumbs from the table, or offer steak knives. We couldn't distinguish the busboys from the waiters. And the food was not much better. Our meat was overcooked, pancakes burned and fish dry. We were very disappointed.
Review Source:In my opinion they have the best non marinates stakes on LI AND bs NYC!!!!! Â The steaks truly are PRIME! Â Top of the line. Â The waiters are your old men who serve like in manhattan but not as obnoctious. Â They ARE always trying to ass tot the bill to get that tip up but....whatever. Â That might get annoying to some of you out there. Â
Gets noisy in the main room. If you want to have a more quite environment and conversation then ask to be seated in the back room. Â Deffinately the better place to have a business meeting.
One of the top steakhouses on Long Island.
The red pepper soup is phenomenal, the filet mignon and lobster tail are both heavenly, and the chocolate molten lava cake is incredible.
Amazing service. My favorite horseradish sauce in the world. Excellent oysters. Great wines.
The portions are generous, the decor is classy, I don't have a single bad thing to say about Rothmann's. Make a reservation on a Saturday night.
Went to Rothmann's on a Saturday evening. Â I chose it based on the reviews it had on Yelp. Â It appears to be more popular with Yelpers than Peter Luger's, so I had to try it.
Pros: Â The steak was SUPERB. Â I had the 12 oz Filet, it was cooked to perfection without any visible fat, and my girlfriend had the 8 oz Filet. Â My idea of a good steak is one that I don't leave anything on the plate when I'm through. Â The wine selection is pretty robust. Â They serve wine by the glass, half bottle, and bottle. Â The waitstaff is very attentive and professional. Â There always seemed to be someone around, eyeing your table from afar, in case you need anything. Â The entire experience is what you should demand at a Prime steak house. Â Our dining partners had lobster, which looked amazing. Â We also had a few of the seafood appetizers, and those were great as well.
Finally, I split the Chocolate Molten Lava Cake for dessert with my girlfriend, and that was outstanding. Â We could barely finish it, but it was too good to go to waste. Â I suggest you save room for dessert. Â I was impressed! Â
Cons: Â Personally, their homemade-house-steak sauce tasted like cocktail sauce. Â I didn't care for it. Â I expected something different.. Â Not a big deal, it's not like you're forced to use it. Â The bacon on their version of the 'iceberg wedge' salad is thick slab bacon. Â I prefer it diced, and should have requested it as such (if I had known). Â I have chopped up bacon at home and it's done much easier with a heavy blade on a cutting board, than a butter knife at the table. Â
As with any Prime Steak House, be prepared to spend just over $100 per person, if you're going to add alcohol and appetizers. Â Well worth it! Â We will be going back for sure.
Really nice Sunday brunch. Beginner type sushi freshly rolled, Shrimp, chilled 1/2 lobsters, briny oysters and clams. Steak, sides, omelets, chocolate fountain that the kids loved with stick food and fruit to dip in it. Cozy and warm  with intimate bunkettes. Even though it may seem pricey, it is really fair, if you eat seafood. If not, I would consider somewhere else. Excellent, attentive wait staff. And one drink is included and soda/coffee/tea too.
Review Source:I went here for a special night with my wife. The service was excelent and we were treated like royalty. I ordered a a colorado ribeye 38 ounces of the best most superb steak I have ever had! The sides were excellent but I remember taking a bite that made me close my eyes and drift into bliss. The best!
Review Source:Rothmann's never disappoints...period. After countless visits, last night was no exception. I can't imagine who doesn't like this place but they surely don't know food.
We started the night with chilled oysters and clams on the half shell. They were sweet, briny, delicious and cleaned perfectly. The cocktail sauce that accompanied them was just my style with a nice amount of heat from the horseradish.
Dinner consisted of a 3lb lobster and rib steak...our version of a surf and turf! The lobster was cooked perfectly in well seasoned water and de-shelled at the table. The rib steak was well marbled, bold in flavor and had just the right amount of crust on the outside. This is how you cook a steak.
Sides were hash brown potatoes and creamed spinach...steakhouse classics! The hash browns were very good but didn't blow me away but the creamed spinach was positively fabulous.
For dessert, we gave the chocolate fudge brownie a try. It was insanely large and delicious. The brownie was clearly made from scratch and had wonderful flavor and texture. My kids sure were happy for the leftovers back home!
The wine list is terrific and well presented at the table. The list has pretty much everything you would want but what I like about it most is the price variety. So many high end steak houses absolutely rip you off and it's also impossible to find anything decent under $100. This list had it if you wanted it. We ordered a wonderful 2007 Palazzo blend and without asking, the sommelier changed our glasses to more appropriate stemware and decanted the bottle before serving. Both were very appropriate for this bottle of wine.
No restaurant is perfect and Rothmann's is no exception. Of my 2 complaints, 1 is not really their fault but the other is.
1. Kids. It's a pet peeve and my wife and I to be out on a Sat night, dropping $400 for dinner and have kids shouting and running around the restaurant. I know this is difficult situation for management but they should try to do something. It's more about the pretentious clientele than the restaurant itself. These jerk offs don't give a rats ass about anyone around them and couldn't care less. I can't wait for their kids to be older and they're out alone with a 5 year old running and shouting near their table.
2. The wait staff. Rothmann's used to have a very professional, polished wait staff and this is not the case anymore. Our waiter seemed like he was the bus boy just yesterday. After looking around the restaurant, they all seemed that way. He would've been better suited to a diner than a fine dinning establishment. Maybe it's the economy.
All in all, great meal. Expensive...yes but what high end steakhouse isn't?
Very good steaks and perfect for a romantic dinner.
I have been here quite a few times and have never been disappointed. The porterhouse is the way to go, it's simply delectable. Everything is cooked to your standards. The lobster bisque with sherry wine is extremely notable and a must. The staff is very attentive and the atmosphere is perfect for a warm, romantic evening. The only complaint is that some of the wait staff is soft spoken and with their heavy accent it makes it a little difficult to understand, but that in no way stands in the way of how good the food is.
Buon appétit!
Rothmann's has the best steak on long island maybe even in NY. Their porterhouse is the best cooked meat I've ever had. There really is no substitute for the atmosphere and quality of meat at Rothmanns. While your paying about $50 per person, you are paying for the quality of their meat, service, lengthy wine list, and luxurious ambiance.
Their steaks have the perfect crust, and an incredibly moist and buttery cross section. The Georgian salad and the Chas Rothman salad are the salads to get.
Bottom Line: I can easily say that Rothmanns has the best steak I've ever had. I would be very surprised if you didn't thoroughly enjoy a medium rare porter house with a side of their creamed spinach. They have better meats, better appetizers, and a more carefully constructed menu than Peter Luger's or any other steak house on Long Island for that matter.
Rothmann's Steakhouse receives a solid 3.25-3.5 stars in my opinion. It was a solid 4 stars when Bill my favorite waiter was here, because he knew how things should be done, he did them DAMN well, the way I wanted, on-point and on-spec everytime.
I've been going to Rothmann's for several years, sometimes in spurts, other times more frequently. I was there last night for bread, a glass of vino and dessert, at which point reminded me that I haven't written a review on Yelp for it so here goes.
Rothmann's is as male-steakhouse-chic as it gets for Long Island. It's dimly lit, hard walnut wood accents from the floors to the walls, semi-U shaped bar, overly large FAT AMERICAN generous portions, creme-brulee beige table cloths, paired with a mostly male clientele, ensure that you're there to do one thing, and that's eat BEEF.
For 3-4 years, circa 2005ish-2009ish, I was convinced that this place had lost most of it's appeal and touch, which is why I had opted for Sagamore Steakhouse (which at the time was owned by the same family) when I needed my fix for cow meat. Since Sagamore has been renovated and completely re-done as Rare 650 and is now a "colossal disappointment" as Yelper Steph M. writes, (feel free to also read my review on Rare 650 on Yelp), I've found myself reverting back to Rothmann's in East Norwich for the following reasons:
- they seem to have a well appointed waitstaff that is on-point and on-command to your needs
- they have a beautiful dining room and huge booths which if you're lucky to score one (which I do typically as my table request), it's a very comfy/cozy/non-rushed time where you can come to enjoy time with your friends and company
- I was invited to a private steak and wine tasting from Rothmann's at the restaurant, 2 months ago and spent a lot of time with their purveyor, which gave me a new found respect for BEEF, and most importantly, how and WHY it's DONE the way its DONE at Rothmann's
- their sides and desserts are good, not 5 star but good...3.5 stars
- their appetizers are rightfully priced for the size and can be shared (once again, revert to my FAT AMERICAN generous portions)
- I'd stay away from their fish entrees, stick to beef or appetizers...if you need to have seafoody stuffs, get the lobster/crab/shrimp apps etc
- their Valet Parking guy can actually drive STICK
- it's centrally located in Nassau County
- their petit filet mignon and porterhouse for 2 are definitely my favorite steaks here...I have them done RARE at 120 degrees.
Newly found gripes:
- new wine menu (anytime you see a NEW food or wine menu, you can ALWAYS ASSUME 100% of the time, that the prices have gone up, and they have!!!)
- Bill is no longer here...he was awesome.
- Everytime someone asks you where "Rothmann's" is, and you respond "East Norwich", usually the other person says "DUDE - I'M NOT DRIVING TO CONNECTICUT FOR DINNER!!!!!!"
---- at which point you must explain to them that East Norwich is Northeasternish of Hicksville LOL!!!!!!
For now, you'll catch me at Rothmann's every so often as I was there last night for bread and desserts...this is until I find another place to go to instead for BEEF, because it is what's for dinner, for me, twice a month. And remember the BEEF you're having, should be coming from a purveyor that's raising cows in California, because we all know folks...that HAPPY COWS COME FROM CALIFORNIA!!!!!!!
This review is for the Sunday Brunch - in my opinion, the best on Long Island and all of the NY Metro area. Â I say this without reservation, I have not found a better brunch to be had. Â There are bigger ones. Â There are ones with more choices, and broader selection but none can match the overall quality and finesse as can be experienced here.
It begins with salads, fresh fruits, cheeses and the most amazing display of smoked fish. Â There's fresh made sushi and sashimi as well. Â Lobster and shellfish abound (perfectly cooked, I might add).
Move on to freshly carved meats (nice meat, not your 'carving station generics'), breakfast foods (mmm... blintzes), and other pasta, fish, and chicken samplings.
If you have room for desert, those to are artfully prepared.
If all of that sounds good - how about free flowing champaign and not just one pitiful glass.
The only problem we've ever had (and we've been there 4-5 times now) has been with service. Â Mentioning the lack of attention we received to the manager resulted in an apology, and a coupon for two FREE brunches on our next visit. Â At $50/person, that's quite a generous way to handle an issue.
Can't wait for my birthday :)
One of the best, classiest restaurants I have ever been to.
My SO took me here for V-day and we got the V-day special which is a 4-course meal. Â The portions were HUGE!! Â The red pepper soup is intimidating, but good. Â The lobster/crab salad is AMAZING. Â The filet mignon and the lobster tail are to die for. Â And the choice of 3 desserts (napoleon, chocolate-covered strawberry, and something else) made the meal complete.
The service is excellent. Â When you ask for a shot at the bar, they give you 3 for the price of 1. Â They constantly make sure you're okay while enjoying your meal (but not to the point it's overbearing and annoying). Â And the ambiance is stunning.
A glass of merlot or pinot grigio house wine... good friends... Â At the bar is ok for drinks.. Thursday is an aging singles night... with plenty of friendly intelligent people... Â but it is worth swinging over for dinner.. the food is cooked on high. and is usually singed and juicy.
Lamb chops & mint jelly. I can't resist that .. but probably should.
Have not yet tried the brunch which I hear surpasses Majors.
Good place for a nice festive New Years Dinner..
Beware: no cell phone coverage for calling in the New Year to friends at midnight.... unless a tower was errected without my knowledge.
For all the people whining about how expensive this place is...you get what you pay for.  Don't expect to get this kind of steak for anything less. Besides, I've been to much more expensive steak houses  and the food wasn't nearly half as good.  I found the prices to be pretty reasonable, actually, for this type of establishment.  Go to Craftsteak or Smith & Wollenksy if you want to see an expensive menu and get half the amount of food/quality.  We came here after we attempted to go to the Oyster Fest.  We stayed at the Oyster Fest for a good 5 minutes before getting annoyed at how crowded/overwhelming it was and decided to go elsewhere for some decent food and I am so glad we did.
This was honestly one of the greatest steak experiences of my life. Â First of all, the service was great. Â We had an amazing waiter who was just *real* and not a pretentious asshole like those you'd find at Burton & Doyle. Â They had a great beer selection (yummy Magic Hat #9) and one of the most extensive wine lists I've ever seen. Â The filet was honestly the most flavorful, tender piece of meat I've ever tasted. Â The creamed spinach was definitely the best I've ever had. Â Lots of "bests" here, except the crab cake. Â It was HUGE and reasonably priced, but it was just okay. Â Everything else was so phenomenal, the crab cake was just a tiny blip on the radar. Â If you don't feel like dealing with valet parking, you can always park in the East Norwich Motor Inn parking lot next door.
The bathrooms were clean, the atmosphere itself was simply classy. Â I really couldn't care less what goes on here at the bar on Thursday nights. Â The bottom line is this: Â if you want an amazing steak and great service in a gorgeous setting, go to Rothmann's.
This is one of a dying classic breed of independent American steak houses.
I will not make apologies for its prices. Â That is the cost of doing business these days with corn going through the roof and corn-fed beef all you will eat here.
Let's begin at the beginning. Â Decent but not great Pilsner Urquell and Guinness at the bar. Â Note: fresh potato chips made in house and if your timing is right they come out hot. Â Drinks are made in front of you with style and there is a whole cadre of uniformed busboys, waiters, bartenders and runners.
The dinner menu is pleasing small and simple. Â You want fresh raw oysters or clams...OK. Â The oysters were still very good when I visited in early June. Â Big salads etc. But the star of the show if STEAK. Â They had a bone-in fillet special which we ordered and was huge.
The wine list is deep, very American and potentially pricey, but careful shopping yielded a great bottle of Arnaldo Caprai Montefalco Rosso 1997 for $50. Â You can of course order Screaming Eagle and your other cult Cabs if you have a spare $1000 laying around.
I didn't see any 50+ singles but I did see a Maserati coupe, a Bentley Continental and a BMW 6 series in the parking lot, so, they may be around, or out with their wives on a Tuesday night.
First of all, there is valet parking. This can make or break a dinner experience for me. The valets are not fast but my car came back in the same condition as it had arrived so that is one star for me.
The atmosphere is very pleasant. Sure, the bar did have lots of golden oldies and the wide range of older men ogling but who cares? As long as you aren't sitting at the bar and do not have to wait for your table at the bar, no harm, no foul. We were seated immediately for our party of six with reservations of course. One more star.
Our waiter was a little less than helpful with our selections but he was friendly. That's fine with me. I've been to other steak houses where the waiters were even less than helpful and harried as well. Our food was served fairly promptly even though the waiter was a little uncertain about the wine selections. Half a star...
Food was delicious. Seafood, steak, sides, all in excellent sized portions and served hot, seasoned well and it was a remarkable meal. I was very pleased. One more star.
The bathroom was pleasant. Ok, I'll give half a star for that.
Now that I have been to this place for Sunday Brunch, I really had to rate the experience with five stars because brunch is fabulous. Yes, indeed the other raters were correct. You WILL pay for this brunch out the nose but it is well worth it considering the atmosphere is extremely pleasant, the newspaper is readily available and the food is just outstanding. The range of food for brunch goes from french toast, blintzes, fresh fruit, mini muffins, bagels, scones and croissant to smoked salmon and other yummy smoked fish, fabulous sushi, roasted meats and lobster and shrimp. I loved the key lime pie and the bloody mary was good, though could have used a little bit more horseradish.
I am a bruncher and this was the place to return to on any given Sunday. I will be back.
Highly recommend it for brunch as well as any special occasion dinner with family and friends. Would also be a very impressive date place.
I'll have to agree with Franco C. on some points. Â Big portion with big price tags. Â Rothmann's prides itself on its history. Â Theodore Roosevelt, Bob Hope, Richard Burton and Elizabeth Taylor have all dined there and in 1970 it was owned by Burt Bacharach and Angie Dickenson.... in fact they are all there on Thursday nights for senior singles night (I heard there same hook up joint rumor). Â I was there on a Wednesday night & it was really quite busy. Â Good steaks, seafood, you share side dishes just like Ruth's Chris or S&W. Â The wine list was pretty amazing. Â Very nice atmosphere. Â Bring your wallet and your brother's wallet.
Review Source:I'm torn about this place- on the one hand the food is pretty good, but on the other hand, it is nowhere near as good as the cost of it would suggest.
I think the big allure for most people is the Thursday night thing - what I like to call "Scary pick-up night". Â Hey, if you like men & women who are over 50 and dressing and acting like they are 21, well this might just be the place for you. Â It is always fun to watch fat men with fatter wallets and pony-tails(!) working the younger hotties that go there.
The food is good- the steaks usually leave me wanting more. Â I know of much better alternatives to overpriced meat and seafood - so hey, I'll go if YOU are buying!
