See Thru Chinese Kitchen

If I could rate negative stars, I would.  This place is a complete joke of an establishment.  You would think that with the kind of attitude that those women have, they would have gourmet Chinese food but no.  It's all run of the mill, day old, reheated Chinese slop.

Here's what happened:

My office ordered from there a handful of times in the past and their delivery driver is a knucklehead who doesn't know how to call when he gets there so we can meet him.  Instead, he just stands there until someone can find him.  Then when someone finds him, he gets an attitude with you because he was inconvenienced.  

Then we order from the nastiest, rudest people to ever work in a food industry.  These people not only have a difficulty communicating with customers, they get nasty with them for no reason at all.  They talk over you, don't let you finish your sentence, belittle you when you ask a question about coupons or lunch specials, and hang up on you before you could even say thanks or bye.

The food is just generally messy and greasy.  I would stay away from ordering from there if you can.

Awful place, awful service, ordinary food.

This is typical Chinese fast food. Quality-wise, the one on Western is superior. The combos are pretty bad - as they are at most of these places.

There is one thing that makes this particular See Thru stand out though. There are two women there, one older and one younger who are unbelievably rude.

Now, I'll say this. They put up with a lot. Out of ten customers who come in from the surrounding neighborhood, six are usually rude first.

However, for the remaining four who aren't rude to the staff, it's very off-putting.

There's one guy with interesting hair that seems to be pleasant. When I was last in there, the older woman was being extremely rude to a gentleman from another country (maybe Poland). He was having a tough time being understood, but the woman was really upsetting him, and it was definitely not his fault. She was actually yelling at him, then when he would start to talk, she would pretend to take a call.

He was telling her what he wanted, but she refused to accept anything but a combo number from him.

The problem is, if you go in there, and you aren't rude, you're still going to get treated poorly (usually) because they're so used to dealing with rude people.

It's a no-win situation, so the restaurant, since they're being paid for their services, needs to step it up.

The food is usually pretty decent here, and I always order and they always deliver and NEVER get out of the car! Then tonight I call again and the rude woman on the phone not only talked over me but proceeds to tell me that they've never delivered to me and hangs up! This is the Last time I order here!!!
