Nice, low key sorta romantic vibe and really enjoyed what I had. The spring rolls and calamari were fab and the main dishes we tried were also awesome. One spicy dish we were able to get two ways (chicken and shrimp) so I loved that that was an option. Love that it's a local joint, and I believe it was the owner who personally came over to ask how we liked everything. Our waitress was also right on top of things. I guess I'm not rating it higher because, while I recall enjoying it, I can't recall what it was called or many specific things that made it stand out. It was solid Chinese food that I enjoyed, and I don't particularly care for Chinese typically.
Review Source:We've been coming here for years and their menu has changed a few times over the years. Â The definite highlight is the dim sum, which is hard to find in Indy. Â Ordering off the normal menu can be a bit hit or miss. Â We've refined it to a science, so we get the salt-pepper shrimp and the hot and sour soup (the best hot and sour soup I have ever had). Â We find the service to be excellent and very friendly. Â The only issue is they only serve dim sum at restricted times/days, so call ahead if that's your goal. Â We usually go for lunch on the weekends. Â Oh- and they have awesome green tea!
