We tried Smith's because we have a huge http://restaurant.com credit, and they've recently started using that service. I really wanted to like it as we try to patronize locally-owned restaurants nearly exclusively, but I guess we'll stick to Roc's if we're in Downtown Mishawaka (best burger in town).
The bread was great - it's from Country Bake Shop - not made on site. Everything else about the sandwiches was mediocre at best. The turkey was super-processed, and the bacon was cold and greasy. My ten-year-old nephew make more creative and tasty nachos. The place needs some charm, also; it's not an inviting environment at all - nondescript tables (bare), nondescript chairs, mostly bare walls, boring beige paint.
The staff was attentive and nice, but that's about all this place had going for it. It comes off like the owner wanted a bar and threw in food as an afterthought. Drop in for a beer if you'd like, but skip the food unless you're about to faint from hunger.
