Spanglish Mexican Kitchen

So if you're in this hood.. You've got 2 options if you thrive on a steady diet of Mex food like I do. You have Flacos or you have this new spot; and I'm not a Flacos fan so I came in here with high hopes.

After years of being tempted and curious as to what, if anything, was ever going to open up at this location.. Spanglish has finally opened it's doors.

First of all.. I haven't had one yet but.. They have breakfast burritos. Oh how I have craved a take out place in my hood with some bomb breakfast burritos. I will update on this soon.

I had a taco dinner on my first visit. One chik, one steak, one pork. I thought the pork was really good with some sort of sweet onion marinade. Steak solid, chicken solid no complaints. Rice was standard buttery good mexican rice. They use black refried beans which aren't any healthier I don't think but I think taste better.

Good prices here. Now only if they come up with some daily specials to lure me in more often!

Went to lunch with my co-workers. Food is pretty good. I had the chicken tacos dinner. Beans were really good. Decor is nice. Great quick lunch spot. U would go again.

Very authentic Mexican food, the price is right and the modern decor has a nice contrast with the pictures on the wall. My personal favorite the "everyday I'm hustling"  by Stefani Villanueva.
