  I love the interior has a vintage look.
  Shakes are always good to get. I always get a burger, usually the guacamole burger or the single bacon burger. I don't prefer the small shaped fries but they are okay. I wouldn't recommend the side cheese.

  Most every chain tries breakfast, but many fail. I'll put Steak 'n Shake in the latter category in my book.
  Way too long of a wait for a drive through with no other cars, and a very simple order: Coffee and a sausage biscuit. Had a coupon but they couldn't seem to figure out how to use it so I think I paid full price.
  Coffee was weak. Biscuit was average.
  When you send out coupons to invite people to try something new (such as their revamped breakfast), shouldn't you try to do your best for repeat business?

  First of all, if I have to wipe off my cup because there is more cherry syrup on the outside than on the inside, that is a problem.  Second of all, when I get home I find that my order is wrong, that is also a problem.  At this point I'm thinking three strikes and you're out.  But then I took a bite of the Royale burger.........Oh glorious joy!  That burger saved them from getting one star.  This Steak n' Shake needs some help in the customer service arena.  The food is good.  Well, the food that they get correct.
