Styx Sports Bar and Grill

First time here. For starters it was free to get in for the ladies.... OK. The night I went which was a Saturday, the guys had to pay $15. Not worth it! Apparently they have to check you for weapons because one girl threw a pool ball at the DJ, but where am I gonna hid a pool ball?

Any-who, it's pretty freakin' ghetto in there; and this is coming from a black girl who currently lives in the 'hood. The atmosphere is chillin' at first until it hits 2:30-3:00AM that's when all the thugs come out and decide to smoke whatever they can find. The music is my kind of music and the jello shots are only $1 and are packed with enough liquor!

One huge problem I had was with this guys who kept eye-raping me and whispered in my ear: "You're sexy as hell believe me when I say that." I'm not telling you this to brag, I'm telling you this because right after he uttered that comment, he licked me. YES, HE LICKED ME, RIGHT ON MY CHEEK! I wanted to cry. So if you don;t enjoy being licked by strangers this is not your place.

I'm going with a middle realm rating since ive never been to the actual bar. Ive only had delivery once. It was cheap bar food delivered super late. Cant beat that. When im hungry at 3am and everything else is closed, this is perfect. Fried cheap food. The person on the phone told me an hour but the food actually arrived in 20 mins :)
I had the shrimp, wings & fries combo. The fries are the crinkle cut type. The shrimp was big and plump. But the hot wings didnt have me reaching for some water. I like it hot!!

Wow! It took me a while to look this place up because I figured this place was called "Sticks" not "Styx"

I love and miss Styx late night delivery deeply since I have left NMB.

This place has delivery until 4am, and the delivery is always prompt and the delivery guys are usually pleasant as well.

They specialize in bar food. Nothing fancy, but if you like greasy wings and ribs you will enjoy this place.

My favorite thing is the Buffalo shrimp platter. It is near impossible to find buffalo shrimp anywhere else. It comes with fries that are seasoned well, and a salad or garlic rolls.

This place is inexpensive, the food is good, it was a staple of mine for the 4 years I lived in North Miami Beach.

I should dock one star for not having a location in Boston, but as the first reviewer I'll cut them some slack.
