this place is terrible. Â how hard is it to get subway right? Â they tell you exactly what to do!
first, they speak in a different language while you are there. Â the chicken and all the other meats that are supposed to be warm are cold, and they look at you like you murdered a baby if you ask them to put it in the microwave. Â if you want a little extra green peppers, expect stare of death.
the chicken is also hard on the edges, and the lady who works there is angry to do anything period. Â its pretty bad when you are willing to walk all the way to the next subway (which is a commodity!) on michigan in order to get a proper sandwich.
Been going to this Subay location for several years now as it's right under my office. Â I love this Subway location as it's clean, has good lighting, and pretty fast service. Â These guys usually take my expired Subway coupons, so that's a huge plus for me. Â :-)
I think most of the clientele are people headed to or from the suburbs as it's located near a train station. Â I'll find people wearing Cubs or White Sox jerseys, so I'll assume that these folks are headed home after going to the game.
Subway food is subway food, now always the greatest but edible. Â This location however has horrific service. Â I've been there before where its taken 20 minutes to get a sandwich, with only 2 people ahead of me. Â Sometimes they only have one person working during the lunch rush. Â They don't accept normal Subway coupons. This is a terrible location, I would suggest going to another restaurant or a different Subway location.
