The food here is super fresh. Â I recommend that you try the Saccottino al Rosamarino, or you can go by the informal name of "little pasta sacks of goodness:. Â It may take a little longer to get your entrees, but that is because your meal is made to order. Â It gives you time to sit back, sip some wine, and enjoy your company. Â Great place that NWI needs!
Review Source:Attended on a date on a Wed night. Â Not busy so we got LOTS of attention from the owner and waitress.
Authentic Italian food. Â Incredibly good slow cooked pot roast with blood oranges used in the glaze. Â Owner came and conversed with my table for at least 10 minutes about food, wine pairings, and history. Â The pasta is made in house as well as all the bread and it shows. Â LOTS of gluten free options. Â All dishes prepared fresh (can take a bit longer than some places) thus can be altered to liking (within reason).
The wine options are good quality and priced reasonably. Â If you are in doubt as to what to choose the owner, who is so passionate about his work, will be glad to explain and make suggestions per your palate.
Fantastic blend of background music.
A bit close quarters but it is a smaller restaurant..
Wine and food pairings every few months. Â
I am very upset I did not find this place sooner. Â Love it so much that I had to add it to Yelp. Â
Located next to Dairy Queen (west one unit) on Rt. 30
