Having sampled a few of the better Thai restaurants in town, I decided to try this quaint spot.
Found the food to be the best I've had to date. Â Fresh ingredients grown on site. Â I had the combo Pad Thai. Â Only drawback is the seating area is very cramped and place was very busy late evening. Â Signs of a great restaurant in my book.
We ate here for the first time last week and were pretty impressed. The restaurant itself isn't much to look at - pretty divey and small. But the food was excellent. We had dumpling appetizers, beef clay pot, and their special - stir-fry featuring western slope peaches. I was expecting a curry soup-style clay pot, but it was nothing like that - it was beef on a base of rice noodles. Very flavorful. The peach dish (which I assume won't be around much longer) was excellent. Lots of veggies in the dishes, which we liked.
I'll admit that I'm a bit of a snob when it comes to Asian food (Indian, Thai, Chinese, sushi), and I've found that you have to search a little harder to find good ethnic food in Colorado. But I would definitely come here again.
