Ten Cat Tavern

I've been here 2-3 times at this point.  

One of the times was for my girlfriend's birthday party.  She wanted a relaxed place where people could drink and talk w/o losing their vocal cords.  This place worked.  We ended up taking up the bulk of the back room.  Twas nice.  The staff was great.  

Drinks-they have nice beers on tap, but my broke ass opts for the $3 16oz PBR's.  I'd rather spend money on good beer to pregame going out w/than spend $5+ per beer for the same stuff you can get for $10/6 pack...so, I drink a lot of PBR when I go to bars.  I bring $20 in cash for when I come here, 5 beers including tip, and I'm done for the night.  

They have a back patio area that I'm looking forward to checking out once the weather gets nice!  

It made me giggle when I saw that they have a juke box full of jazz and blues recordings.

Very cool and unique place.  Completely different from the rest of the douche bag bars but no too hipstery either.   Awesome place for meeting groups of friends in a very low key setting.  They have a good beer selection and 2 really huge pool tables.  Parking is a bit tough but it's worth the trip.

Good spot to grab a beer. The peeps and I have spent many a New Years Eve here and always enjoy it. From the pool tables to the Jukebox, to the cheap prices, this place always delivers...
