I went here for dinner with my boyfriend and his family and it was ok if you like walking on a floor littered with peanut shells. Also the constant shouting of waitstaff saying it's someone's birthday and to give a big 'ol YEE HAW. They had done this at least 2-3 times that night and it was annoying. Our waitress was great she was very attentive and was really good with bringing our drinks and checking in on us.The food was good since it was BBQ. Its ok just the yee hawing and peanuts shells on the floor was a bit much.
Review Source:when they grabbed the silverware from a horse troff, my eyebrow raised
if you want to hear GAWD BLESS TEXAS a 1000 times,
i loved the tiny booth (literally for 2) they sat us in, bucket of peanuts & trash bucket was on the table with the list of before 6PM Specials Hidden in it, & we had to rush to order those because according to our waiter Bobby "they're timed in on the clock" Â we skipped Appetizers & went for the 6oz steak & Sweet Potato, which i think is my favorite thing there
the thing that held the drink specials hadn't been cleaned in a while, sticky & which i complained to the bouncy girl that came around with free take home peanuts, who had be kept on the job as a comsumer somethingorother instead of her usual barkeep job due to a broken arm, she blamed it on the waiter, i said probably the last night's waiter (or last week's)
the food other than the sweet potatoes was uneventful Â

Terrible service. It was awful and I haven't been back since. I remember the experience vividly and that was 2003.
Waiter was downright disrespectful of my guests and the manager didn't care (and I've never want to speak with a manager because I just expect better and I shouldn't have to bring it to your attention.) I won't go into details because it may involve a legal matter, and I don't want anyone accused of libel, but it was bad. I considered calling the authorities and probably should have.
Unfortunately, I have been back to other locations, against my will but by the wise decision maker's insisting. Each and every time, we have gotten bad service, and each time with the decision maker seeming to defend the place, as if  this service was an isolated incident. I beg to differ...
{RANT} I really hate that Indy is dominated by chains, because the bad ones continue to exist long after their time. Whereas a mom and pop local restaurant would have gotten a bad rep for poor service, and been forced to shut down, here in Indy, people go to chains because they are familiar with the name and the name brand brings this false sense of trust (ie, of course Olive Garden is clean and Olive Garden makes sure their employees wash their hands, sound familiar?) Â {/RANT}
Normally I would not endorse an anonymous review with a one star rating, but Foodie B.'s review does not surprise me about that place. In fact, if Yelp sees fit to remove it (which they probably should), I just want to say that you should think twice about this chain. If you like good food and don't care about the service, then this place is meh, but the people here could care less about you and the customers that they treat as herded cattle.
