Me and my girlfriend went to check out Thai O'Briens for dinner Saturday night and enjoyed a delicious and reasonably-priced dinner. Â We had the Chicken Satay as an appetizer, which was really really good. Â I had the Green Curry Chicken, which was also good and my girlfriend had the Beef Pad Thai, which was excellent. Â Definitely worth the trip just for the food. Â After dinner we decided to check out the bar in the back and as I walk in, they were playing Gunther and I was hooked. Â We were only going to stay for a drink, but ended up staying for several, as the bartender played several obscure/weird/hilarious music videos and kept the energy rocking at the bar. Â The bar definitely puts this place over-the-top as the coolest place in Bayonne. Â We will definitely be back.
Review Source:I'm gonna make this review from a delivery standpoint. I know I'll never go in to have a Coors and Pad Thai, but I've ordered from TOB's a couple of times.
Sadly, I don't think I'll be ordering from there anymore. No food is bland and delivered cold. The Pad Thai has almost no peanuts and if you order it with a meat or chicken, you'll be hard pressed to find no more than a few unsavory pieces.
I'm glad that you have a bar to hedge your lack of food sales.
There's better Thai food elsewhere
