  Always a great time here - live band playing classic rock every Thursday. Tommy - the owner -  is awesome and made me and my 2 girlfriends feel comfortable from the first visit, always an unpretentious crowd, and you can smoke in here. We have never had a bad experience here, just good times!!!
  Warning:  if you stay too late the DJ puts on a track of screeching screams to get you out

  In the quest to quench our dire need of some libations , we stumbled upon the Bulldog deep inside burbs .. Though on the outside it might look like a rundown place, it is actually pretty nice on the inside.
  
  An attentive staff manning the bar and a laid back clientele is what makes this place click. I am not a big fan of the indoor smoking , but since that place is big enough it isn't that stifling like most dives. The drink specials are pretty good and a decently stacked bar to whet thy whistle.
  
  There was also a band playing and bunch of sports playing on the television to keep oneself entertained if you are not in a mood to mingle. Definitely a reliable spot to score some hangovers ..

  My local watering hole. Nice barkeeps, good service, decent grub.
  Good place for sports with a ton of HDTVs, generally tuned to Philly clubs.
  Occasionally the cook whips up some new concoction that he'll sample on the crew at the rail.
