  They are doing a great job obtaining big names and quality concerts but they are completely clueless when it comes to ticketing. You know how many people are coming to the show and you should know how many people you new to staff the entrance if you are going to insist on using the antiquated paper will-call system. There are more advanced ways to prevent scalping. Please get with it since standing in line for hours ruins the experience and forces the show to start late.
