My first experience with a Twin Peaks was in Sugar Land TX, just south of the Houston Border. Â To say that was a better location on many different levels is an understatement. Â I don't know what management is thinking here but to have rude, uninterested in actual work women standing around and think dressing them in scant clothing is a formula for a good restaurant beats me.
Women here were simply not good looking. Â The Tilted Kilt in Schaumburg or aforementioned Sugar Land location were much better. Â Well, to be fair the women in TX blow away IL anyway. Â Note to mgmt.: boobs and boy hips should not be the ONLY hiring criteria. Â Decency and common sense may also be included.
No comment on the food, I had wings at the previous location that were marked as "very spicy" and they were medium heat at best. Â Then again my standards for spicy are pretty high to begin with.
Good beer selection, ice cold, blah blah blah. Â Not a big deal. Â I like the building and the style, could use some more stuffed animals like the TX locations though.
After less than an hour I got bored and went to Ram across the street. Â Not hopeless but TP could use some wiping up and needs major improvements.
Visited the last Friday. Not what I expected. Service is HORRIBLE I had to eat my meal without water, drink or the  beer I ordered after the food arrived. AFter 45 min without seeing our waitress I had to stand up and go ask for my check. 4 different waitresses pass my check from one another and when it finally arrive to the table. She tells me if we are going to wait for the beers since they got charged. I told her no and to remove the beers from my tab she then said that I'll had to wait a few minutes until the manager could do the void. I told her I really didn't care waiting a couple of minutes more since I actually ended up waiting 25min for my meal, 45 min for the beers, 20min for the check..so what's with another 5-10 for the incompetent manager to void the check. If you what a sport bar...stick to where you go this place is NOT what you may think off.
Review Source:Ok as a woman I must admit I never expected to like this place. Â It was Hubby's pick for date night and we drove past, it looked crowded, we wanted to try someplace new so we went in. Â I had NO idea that this was one of the places with the barely dressed women serving you. With that being said, we are here so let's give it a go. Â It was huge inside...lots of tvs, VERY long wait, one person even brought their dog to dinner with them. Â Kept the dog under the table. Â Manager walked right past like business as usual. Â I was totally not feeling that but we are here so let's stay right. Then came our waitress "MO". Â She was the highlight of my entire evening. Â Being in an establishment such as this, I expected the waitresses to only cater to my very handsome husband but boy was I wrong. Â I don't even think Mo looked his way. She let me know from the moment she came over that I was an important customer and she wanted to make sure that I had a great time on my first visit to Twin Peaks. Â I ordered a martini, didn't really like it. Â Mo said "no problem. Â I use to be a bartender and I know what you want" . Â She brought back a very tasty martini...just the way I like it. Â Food was typical bar food. Â Nothing to shout about but tasty all the same. Â What will guarantee a return visit from me is the ABOVE AVERAGE customer service that Mo gave. Had I had another waitress, I don't know if the experience would have been so great. Â Mo needs to become Manager. Â She ROCKS!!!
