West Place Chinese Restaurant

West Place has what I would consider your basic Chinese food take-out establishment. Dishes weren't bad, but nothing spectacular either. My daughter got chicken fried rice and I had the Kung Pao chicken.

I think it's funny that because they named their business "West Place", it's not very obvious it's a Chinese restaurant, so they've put a big, yellow banner under it that says "Chinese Food".

Until they step up their food just a little bit at least, probably no real reason to be bold about their advertising.

Not impressed.  It took forever to get our food (carry-out).  The wonton soup was bland, and the crab ragoon was not great.  The chicken-fried rice barely had chicken in it.  I will not be returning.

I ran across West Place by accident after stopping in Radio Shack. I am definitely glad I did. Their Chinese food is some of the best I've had from a small restaurant/carryout. Definitely give the crab rangoons a try. They deliver too!
