Headed to Hollywood to have dinner with friends I decided to text my dear friend Tom W. to ask what pre-dinner bar we should hit up.  He told me to come here. As soon as we arrived I realized I had been here before but it had been years.  The outside patio was hopping and we wanted a large enough table for all of us so we sat out front on a crazy bench.  Why was it a crazy bench?  Picture a teeter totter, every time a person from the other side got up I felt like we were going to fly up in the air.  Luckily we didn't.  Made for fun conversation though.

Our waitress was awesome, wish I remembered her name.  She loved that we sat in her section and she took very good care of us.  We ordered several pitchers of Blue Moon Agave seasonal beer.  Really refreshing on a hot day.  We ordered deviled eggs with bacon and bourbon, onion petals and some flat bread.  Typical bar food really but oh those deviled eggs were very good.  Did not really taste the Bourbon but still excellent.

Located right on Hollywood circle, on the corner, large outside patio and big inside as well.  Very cool place to just go and chill.  Fun crowd, upbeat, casual good prices.  The beer selections were not bad at all, some nice craft beers.

They also have what looked like a very nice happy hour Monday thru Friday.

Beer, food, friends, great service in a fun environment, yep awesome place!

Thanks T, gotta go together now.

Whoever said if Kid Rock were a bar, he would be this place got it spot on.
Service is always good.  The 3 star rating is for the weird clientele. Some days are normal.  Some days you think the people crawled out of the sewer to get here.

Skip the cordon bleu bites. Pretzel bites are good.

Definitely one of the more popular hang outs in Hollywood. Prices are fair and the food is ok. What I would expect for the place. You will find many walks of life hanging out here and for the most part the staff is very pleasant. Good place to watch a game.

I've only been once, but these are my thoughts: Nice outdoor bar. I haven't hung out inside. Good location. Service wasn't that great. I had to get up and flag down a manager in order to get a second beer, but he was pleasant about it and afterward the waitress attended to us regularly.

I love coming to happy hour here.  I usually sit outside.  The atmosphere is cool and so are the people and the regulars.

The bar tenders are very attentive and keep your glasses full. Good service here.
Last time I came with some employees one of the regs sparked up a conversation and bought us all a round.

Its always fun to sit outside in downtown "Holly-weird" and watch everyone go by.

I have not ordered much from here.  Always bar finger foods .  But I must say they have the Bomb boneless wings.  Gotta get them "HOT".  Everyone I bring here to have a drink with me always ends up loving these.

It was my first time at this restaurant. My fiance, his sister, his parents and I came for lunch. FOOD TASTED TERRIBLE. My lettuce was not washed, asked for guacamole on my burger and got avocado slices instead (although that was the least of my problems with this place). Nice manager, terrible service from the waitress, wings had no taste, there were no whole fries on my plate, just small crunchy and brown pieces -looked like the last bits from a bag. Water was not being refilled.

Like a review i read in yelp and i agree... "it isn't dreadful" hubs and I met up with friends on a saturday night for drinks and live music. the crowd is pretty chill and sometimes its nice to get away from the trendy dressup lounges. This is just what it says it is ... a bar. we sat by bar we were able to see the tvs and the band, and they were actually pretty good. We ended up ordering the whisky tango flatbread and enjoyed it. I would recommend this place as a place to start the night at, order some drinks and hang out.

Almost always a fun place. The food is good for a bar. The not-to-be-missed dish, if you're not too concerned about cholesterol, is the Spaghetti Sandwich, which is absolutely To Die For.

They've just started a weekend brunch. For $15, you can have unlimited mimosas -or- Bloody Mary's (not both) from 11am to 3pm. The mimosas aren't bad, obviously it is lower-end champagne, but it doesn't taste like it. The Bloody Mary's are "plain" but there's pepper and Tobasco to doctor it up to your liking.

Nights are fun, especially when there's a live band. This place can really get hopping, and the staff is very friendly. When it gets packed, it can be very hard to track down a waitress. The have three bars (if you count the Tiki Bar outside), and low- to mid-ranged drinks. I'm a Bourbon and Scotch guy, and there's not a ton of better whiskey choices (JD, Beam, etc. is standard fare).

This is a blast if you go during one of their holiday bashes. We've been there for NYE and St. Patties. Shoulder-to-shoulder people (so, if crowds freak you out, this isn't the place for you), good times, fair prices.

Went here last night with the family for dinner while we were enjoying the weather and sights of Downtown Hollywood.  We have a 3 year old, and 8 month old so this place was perfect.  Had just the right level of music and noise so that my kids noise making wouldn't be noticed, but not so loud that you can't even hear yourself think or hold a conversation(ahem...Rocco's Tacos).

Anyhow, we were seated towards the back next to a basketball arcade game and the pool tables which made my son and husband happy.

The food and service were good.   They are apparently known for their ribs, so I gave them a try.  They are amazing just as promised.  My garlic mashed potatoes were cooked a bit unevenly i think as some bites were nice and hot and others were not.  *shrug*  Not really a big deal.  My husband ordered the prime rib that was on special and he enjoyed it.  My son had some pasta with butter sauce that was also tasty.  At first they brought my son the wrong dish(pasta with red sauce), but immediately corrected it.

Overall we were happy with the food, service, atmosphere, and our bill was reasonable. :)

I really like this place. I like the atmosphere and the food is better than your average sports bar grub. Try the Captain Crunch coated Chicken Tenders for starters!

I had penne a la vodka. Not being an Italian restaurant, I was quite surprised at how good it was.

It's not the most comfortable seating unless you get luck enough to get a booth. Otherwise, inside it's mostly high-tops and the bars. There are tables outside, though.

The service is pretty good. Of course, eye candy is always helpful. :)

It gets pretty busy on Friday and Saturday nights.

Overall it's a thumbs up for me.

Late night with a new friend. It was the only place with a huge outdoor seating space that seemed "happenin'".

A bucket of beers and a cocktail.

    Outside patio, breeze, and conversation.

It is what it is....a cute bar in Hollywood. Staff were really nice, helpful. we didn't wait long for food, but I watched the ice melting in my margarita at the bar while waiting for my waitress to bring it :( The Reuben Rolls were amazing. Yes salty, but if you've ever had a rueben you know it can be salty. I will be making these at home now...

The atmosphere is casual and friendly and they also have an outside patio bar. The food is ok, nothing special in my opinion, but ok. The reason that I can only give two stars is this: The other night I was there with a group of friends. I ordered a cheese burger with extra mayo, that's the way that I always order a burger. Well they charge $.50 extra for mayo. I have never heard of that in my entire life and to me, it's the little things that make a difference.

We went early on a Saturday night when they were celebrating their 3rd anniversary of being in business. On this particular night, besides their regular menu they were serving an all-you-can-eat buffet consisting of pork, brisket and assorted salads.  My husband ordered the buffet, I ordered their Reuben Rolls just to be different.  They were essentially fried egg rolls stuffed with corned beef and sauerkraut and a bit too salty for my taste, but interesting.  I wished I'd ordered the bbq buffet because that was really where it was at.  The brisket was outta-this-world-heavenly.  Unfortunately, when I asked the waitress if they had it on their regular menu, she advised me it was only for this special event.  Big pout.

We went early enough (6pm) where it was pretty quiet but noticed a waiting crowd when we left around 7.  They have a pool table and karaoke on Tuesdays.  This place was ok, just not knock-your-socks-off great.  Only thing that would get me to go back would be the brisket.

It's sort of sports bar type of place where people go to act trashy and often times attracts real trash. It's loud, the attire of the day is grunge, the waitresses skimpy but nice, the drinks free poured full strength and plenty of flat screens being viewed with excitement by those who have themselves proved to be failures at the games they are watching.

The food served is typical chicken wing and other type bar grub that tastes good after a fourth beer, on band nights, LOUD! and on Karaoke Night, plenty of drunken wannbe rock star singers.

There is one bight spot about the place which is the outside patio deck formerly know as the Tango Deck now labeled as Tango Tiki, which is somewhat quieter and better for conversation.

However, not to bash the place too much just because it isn't to my taste, it's a great place to trash out, be the trash you are, guzzle but not drink beer or make like you are the know it all of a sports fan; hence 3 Stars. Actually I'd give it 4 stars, but as you might be able to tell, I'm not a fan of the place.

Whiskey Tango isn;'t dreadful it just isn't great!

I was bar hopping along Young Circle for Cinco De Mayo! And the boyfriend and I stumbled in they had great drink specials! Some concoction they created was $5 until 12 and Jameson on the rocks was $5 as well, so i sipped my sweet and tart concoction with ease! The bartender was such a sweetheart, I wanted this mustache  thingy one of the other bartenders was wearing and she asked around to all the staff to see if they had anymore, they didn't but she tried. Before we left she hooked it up with 2 tequila shots on the house score! The problem is the vibe was a bit weird thank goodness we were totally in great conversation that none of that mattered, I may be back, maybe.

All I had were the popcorn shrimp and a couple beers, but I really enjoyed sitting in the patio area and watching some sports on TV.  The shrimp was "okay" but the atmosphere was really cool.

I love Whiskey Tango for the bartenders great attitude and friendly service. I've been going there since it was Jazz' something 6 years ago. The atmosphere is great and they have bar games( pool, boxing, etc) always a great time to be had for a good price.

The food is also much better than some other sports bars. I go there any time I want to have a great time and let loose from the week with my friends.

    I recommend this place!!!!!!

The fact is, I will never return to this establishment and I hope I can influence you, too.

I held a birthday party there on 11/11/11. They are slow to respond to voicemails (never) or emails (more than a week went by). That should have been my first indication to take my party elsewhere. However, the reviews were decent and the location is central, so I pressed on.

I received menus via email but didn't like my choices. I stopped by a week in advance of my date to firm up a menu, but it took the manager more than 30 minutes to meet me, even though I had spoken to him in advance and set a meeting. We worked out a menu that I was happy with and a few hours later, the manager called me back to say that he couldn't do it for the same price, rather, a few dollars more per person. I agreed, guaranteed 21 people, and proceeded with my party.

We can start with the horribly SLOW waitress. I mean, it was painful waiting for drinks. And the wristbands! I only had 21 (or so) people, I certainly could have kept track. I understand that it was a way for the restaurant to track how many people came, but since we were waiting forever, it was ridiculous. Unfortunately, the price I agreed upon wasn't honored. Not only was I charged the per person charge, but an addition up-charge for 2 platters. I had arranged the platters in the catering charge. It was my birthday and I just didn't want fight over it.

The food was good, better than most bars.

After that, the waitress provided me with 2 bills: one for the entire party (you do the math, but it was significant) and another for $8 for the one drink I bought. That is such BAD TASTE and POOR FORM. It was such a turn off!

Service is unresponsive and slow. I had a party there. If you go there just for a meal, you'll probably be fine. I don't recommend it for an event.

Let me start by warning you to pass right by Whiskey Tango if you're in a rush. They have the slowest service imaginable. Both times I've been there for lunch, the place had just a few tables full of people, more than enough servers and bartenders to cover them all and then some, and still managed to move at a snail's pace. They disappeared for a while, or we would find them chatting with other servers completely oblivious to our empty water and beer glasses, or the fact that they hadn't checked on our tables for a good 20-25 minutes.

That being said, the food is pretty good, and you can substitute Gardein (vegetarian protein) in many of their dishes. The highlights among the food we tried are the gardein corn dog appetizer and the "chicken" caesar wrap, which was very well prepared, fresh and crispy. Also a positive point, if you go during 2 for 1 happy hour and can't have your second drink at that moment, they give you a card valid for that free drink next time you visit. I'll be back, but not for lunch. I have yet to check it out at nighttime but definitely want to, especially for karaoke night!

How can i not be a fan, when my brother works here.. I been going alot lately...

Try the sweet bread dessert, its hot and served with cold ice cream..

    The turkey club is good..

Menu is a bit pricey but when you drink you forget the pain it does to your wallet..

If your diet conscience, change regular fries to sweet potato fries... You wont regret it.

Oh and dont forget the cheese sauce, you should try it its real good. it goes on just about anything.

Karaoke, live bands, good looking waitresses and bartenders...

My brother Brian is the only male waiter there, so you know hes good, ask for him..

Taylor gives u a reaaal drink, not half watered stuff. ask for that bartender..

The rest of the female staff is such eye candy..

BTW Park on Polk street in a lot across from the bank, a dollar per hour..

Love the live band karaoke here on Thursday nights.  The band hosting karaoke is Funkette (you may recognize them from Murphy's Law on Fridays or Dicey Riley's on Saturdays).

If you're into karaoke, you have to try it onstage with a live band behind you... it's awesome and ridiculous and offers an opportunity to let your inner rockstar out.

Because it is a live band playing, there's not as large a selection as other typical karaoke places, and there is a lack of dance-y pop music that would require a keyboard or synthesizer (serious 80's jams missing a la Madonna, Prince or even MJ).  However, there are some pretty awesome tracks - my first time I sang Dirty Diana, and it was the stuff of dreams =]  I'm pretty sure most anyone could find at least one song to sing.

I don't know if I'd come to Whiskey Tango on a non-karaoke night, but on Thursdays it's pretty great.

I ordered a long island iced tea, and it tasted awful. There was too much Coke, and I only took two sips. The waitress even commented, "Not good?" and took the drink away from me. Because I was charged for a drink that I didn't really drink (typically you're not charged at other bars for poorly-made drinks), I was going to give this bar one star. I suppose the moral is to stick with beer and ignore the bottles of hard liquor on the shelf.

However, I did order onion soup, and it was delicious, hence an added star. There was a thick slab of cheese on top, followed by a piece of bread, and then the onions. Given that last Saturday was a cold, rainy night, it was perfect while sitting outside on the patio.

It should be noted this bar showed the UFC fight with no cover charge. The satellite cut in and out though, to the point where the main event couldn't be shown. I'm not sure if this was the bar's fault due to the bad weather. Wind was blowing so hard that empty beer bottles were flying throughout the patio.

Would I come again to this restaurant for the soup? Yes. Would I come here for the drinks? No.

I do believe it's widely known that on the 8th day, God created the Sports Bar. A holy place where one can seek refuge in a cold brew, fried goodness, and sports, sports, sports. It's also widely known that many Sports Bars will have gigantic flat screen TVs, a wide variety of drink specials, and a menu that just doesn't deliver. Unfortunately, Whiskey Tango perpetuates this concept.

I found myself at Whiskey Tango when a friend suggested we try it out while near the beach. The makeshift sign outside was one thing, but the dingy interior, way overdone "Christmas in July" theme, and inattentive wait staff was another. We played the ever-fun waitress switch-a-roo game until they finally assigned one to our table. The menu was typical, but I was immediately drawn to the New Orleans Shrimp Po' Boy. After the waitress (who was only about 3 years older than me) proceeded to call me "sweetheart" six hundred and eighty three times, we finally got our food.

As Chef Rocco DiSpirito once cleverly noted, a good sandwich should have a piece of everything in each bite. Why then, were the lettuce, tomato, and spicy remoulade (which was hardly spicy) so horribly imbalanced that I felt as though I had to put the sandwich together myself? It honestly feels strange to complain about a sandwich having too much shrimp, but I kid you not, this one was inundated with the little guys. The breading wasn't nearly crispy enough and it slid right off the shrimp into the basket leaving an uncomfortable, washed out, flavorless piece of seafood. Sadly, the fries weren't much better. Most likely frozen, unevenly salted, and not properly fried.

Save for the Wisconsin Pretzel Bites appetizer, the food needed serious help, as did the staff. Possibly on that 8th day Whiskey Tango was overlooked...

*An interesting note, however, is if you're looking for a place where vegheads can eat as well, Whiskey Tango carries Gardein products and will substitute them in most of their meals.

    *3.5 stars, rounded down*

I ate here last Thursday night with my Chiari family.  I took advantage of the rib special and we had an order of the potato skins as an appetizer.

The ribs were really good and I would get those again.  The potato skins were good.

I am also NOT used to smoke in restaurants {or bars} because it has been banned in Texas.  My eyes were burning by the time we got back to our hotel room.

I am rounding down, because the drinks, however... were lacking.  The piña colada wasn't fully blended and had chunks of ice in it and I really couldn't taste the coconut or the pineapple... more like drinking watery milk.  The margarita was ok, but not as good as the one I would have the next day on the Carnival Imagination Cruise Ship.

Nice and roomy and live music = too loud for conversation and lacks that touchy-feely-gropy mood of a great bar.Crowd is mixed- old, young, creepy..

There are lots of promotional nights here, so always worth checking out if you are in the hood, or travelling through - or looking for a place to drink cheap.

Food is just OK -to- icky It's a bar afterall.  If you stumble upon a good live band one night, you will get the best Whiskey T has to offer. If not, grab a cold one or two and then keep on moving...

My experience at Whiskey Tango, while entertaining, was two big thumbs down. I joined a few friends that had been a few times, and they'd take over a back corner of booths. The band was decent, and we were sharing a bucket of beer. Despite service being a bit slow....so far, so good, right?

Then I saw something crawling along the back of the booth. A roach the size of Texas was making its way all over our section. I'm terrified of bugs, so I got up to move. I went over to the bar and ordered a drink. About $10 later with a tiny, weak drink in hand, I returned to my friends only to see them screeching in terror over the roach that had pushed us out of our section at Whiskey Tango. Did anyone working there even notice our panic? Nope.

We hung outside for a bit before calling it a night and I haven't been back since. Slow service, overly priced weak drinks, and giant cockroaches. No thank you. Next.

If Kid Rock was a bar, he'd be Whiskey Tango. It's white trash. And that's OK. It's what Whiskey Tango stands for, after all.

We were skeptical of the place...the location is cursed...too many restaurants comin' and goin'. But we stopped by for lunch after biking around Hollywood, and had a couple of Sam Adams (bottles). My honey ordered the Chicken Ceasar Wrap and I got the Veggie Wrap, both orders with sweet potato fries.

Quick visual snapshot of what it's like on a Sat. afternoon at the outside seating area: Nice tiki porch feel to it, tons of room, tv's for games, plenty of places to sit, a couple of guys getting shitfaced and flirting with waitresses, tons of skinny little waitresses with tight pants, tattoos and piercings, a bartender with pink hair, bikers (Harley's, not Huffy's) having burgers, a bunch of old gay dandies having cigs and mixed drinks, a couple of families.

Our waitress was nice. Service was good. Ceasar Wrap was awesome. Veggie Wrap had too much eggplant. Sweet potato fries are nicely cooked but come dripping in honey. Yech. Stoner food. Not for me.

You don't come here if you're on a diet or you have something against guys in t-shirts with Affliction designs on them.

It is what it is, a fun party joint with an unapologetic trashiness.

Oh boy. After being cooped up in Fort Lauderdale for one day too many my friends and I did some yelping and decided to head to Whiskey Tango for some rock n' roll karaoke. Despite my horrible voice I seem to believe I'm some sort of performer and absolutely love karaeoke. My apologies to everyone who had to listen to me sing.

We got there pretty early, found a table, and started ordering buckets of beer. Our waitress was really friendly and made sure to keep the drinks coming. We quickly started to make friends with all the local people around us and were definitely taking advantage of the 2-for-1 shots. At some point we ordered the sampler appetizer platter which was scarfed down in about 5 seconds. After a round of red headed sluts my friends went on stage and performed a pretty ridiculous version of Love Shack. Soon after I headed up to the stage with another friend to belt out Summer of '69. I seriously thought I was Bryan Adams and I'm pretty sure the drummer thought I was going to spill my beer all over him. I LOVED singing karaoke with a band and I've been actively searching for a place like this in Boston!

Overall, we had a fun night at Whiskey Tango filled with way too many drinks and some pretty interesting characters. I really have no idea how we a.) only spent about $70 between 4 of us or b.) managed to make it home. Anyone who lives in the area, I encourage you to head over to the bar, grab a couple of 2-for-1 shots and then embrace your inner rock star.

So I have been here twice. Once a couple of months back they had some band playing sucked) and the lead singer (who actually looked like an overweight drag queen) brought up two girls and had them take their tops off which was pretty cool. However the place was really loud and are server sucked because she hardly came around to check if we needed drinks and she seamed a little less than friendly.

On my second visit I went with a friend to watch a UFC fight. Understandably I figured I would have to wait long for a seat because I showed up at 9:30 and the fights start at 10:00. So I put my name down and was told the wait would be 45 mins.  I figured cool I would go to the outside bar and get some drinks while I wait to be seated. Long story short the fights ended after midnight and my name was never called. Even after the 45 minutes I waited I went back in to check on the status of the seating, they told me another 15 mins. All in all this place isn't that bad it just lacks where a lot of other place thrive. I am stuck going to this place for UFC fights unless I can find another one in the area.

I probably shouldn't be reviewing this place right now as I'm a lil Fuc'd up and not clear with my thoughts.... But I will anyways.
I like this spot.  Simple as that.   I'm here for the first Heat game of a dynasty (that we lost).... but it didn't matter. Why? you may ask,. Probably b/c of Jackie.  Her smile, hook ups and the 2 for 1 specials from 11:30am to 8pm (what?!).  Also, during this 2010-11 NBA season they have a promotion where if Heat loose, your tab is covered up to $25 (just get there 30mins prior to game start and give your name to the server).
Oh,..and my first visit was on Tuesday ladies night.  Place filled up nicely and was easily a 2 to 1 ratio as the Ladies drinks are free after 9 (does this place make any money?).

    Do it.

I automatically liked this place for NOT being Mix Ultra Lounge. That place was a wannabe Blue Martini crap hole.

Anyway, Whiskey Tango is unpretentious and the food's pretty good. The outside bar area fills up quickly, but inside is fun, too. There seems to be a lot of specials. Bucket specials, crab leg specials, sports specials etc. We were there Sunday for the Dolphins debacle and filled out free football picks -  the winner wins a happy hour or something. The crowd gets rowdy (in a good way ) for the games.

We went in a few weeks ago, and there was a Pat Benetar-ish cover band. The crowd was pretty interesting, and we had the perfect seats for awesome people-watching.

So far I've had their fried mushrooms, french onion soup, veggie wrap and BBQ chicken flatbread. All are pretty solid. My husband had ribs, which were awesome. There's a lot of variety to the menu. Servers and bartenders are nice and it's laid-back. I like.

EDIT: Get the Philly Cheesesteak sandwich!!

Soo me and a couple friends went to go see the bj Penn fight(he sucks)!! Back to my review, we got there and it was crowded, expect nothing else on MMA fight night. We had to wait maybe 10 mins after they told us 30-45 mins shizz can't beat that. So we got a seat outside (if I knew we could have just stay on the sidewalk and watch the fight..) anyways we sat down and ordered a pitcher and some food. I ordered ribs and sweet tater fries, ribs at a sport bar you say?? So did I but I'm like whatever give it a try. Mannnnn oh man THE BEST RIBS I have had in alonnng time. It's as if they gave me both slab of ribs, it was alot but I put in work and git'er done!!! They were succulent, falling off the bone sweet(way I like it) who wouldhave thought a sports bar could have such great ribs..faaakin awesome!!

P.S I know my reviews are late but as I remember I write...

I was always pretty skeptical when it came to this place. Its changed hands SO much since O'Haras left us.
One random tuesday afternoon, I wondered in there with Ashely S. We were happy to find that they have a 241 FOOD menu until 3pm! Not to mention all the drinks are 241 until 8pm EVERYDAY! Boo-Ya! Score!
The staff is great, the owner always comes around to thank you for coming in, and I have to say, things ususally get a little blurry after that.

Tuesday they have an awesome karaoke night, totally packed, and its piggy backed with LADIES NIGHT! Free drinks AND karaoke? Amazing.

Again, this place is only 2 blocks from my crib, so the wobble home isnt too bad.

A friend had won a happy hour here, so we stopped by.

When we got there, we went to the inside bar. The bartender didn't know about my friend's happy hour, but since it was just one free drink and free appetizers, we told him not to worry and ordered our 2-4-1 beers. Eventually, someone who knew about the HH told us we had tables outside. We paid the bartender (nice guy with a mohawk - go see him if you go back) and moved outside.

This is where things took a turn for the worse...

Our waitress outside was absolutely terrible. She was busy, yes, but it was a Friday evening and the place wasn't exactly packed. I literally ordered my beer three times before she brought it. It was bad, and our whole group seemed to have permanently empty glasses...

The musician outside wasn't that good, and we were seated right in front of him.

The manager noticed the waitress problem and came by to help out, but by then, we were ready to move on. My friend made the point that we were a big crowd of drinkers, and we'd love to buy their drinks, but we can't if no one brings them to us.

After two attempts to get the check, I wasn't given the right one. I would have been surprised if it had been correct. We ended up ordering beers so many times that if we got charged for each one we asked for, the bill would be three times what it would be if we were charged for drinks we actually received.

Would I go back? Sure. I'd give it another try. I'd sit at the bar, though, and not right in front of the speakers outside.

I'd give this place 3.5 stars overall. I've stopped here a few times: The first was during the infamous Jersey Shores/Fist Pump pub crawl. We didn't last long here; It was loud and for some reason this bar just didn't have the right feel when compared to the previous two places we'd been to.  I then stopped back here recently with a few friends to have a couple of beers. It was "93 Rock" night, that radio station's logo'd truck was parked out front, a band was playing inside and radio station staff were there handing out bumper stickers and other items with their logo on them.

We chose to sit outside away from the band where it was a bit quieter, as our group hadn't hung out together in a few years and wanted to catch up. They had several tables outside in the covered patio area and offered lower tables with chairs, or elevated tables with stools. Within a few moments a waitress was there to take our order. They had a decent beer selection and their prices were reasonable. They had some good (but a touch loud) music pumping through the speakers out there as well. The only real (but minor) complaint on this night was that only 1 sink in the restroom was working, and the toilet in the men's room was out of service as someone had dropped a beer glass and broke the entire side out of the bowl. Party Foul!!

In all, this place was A-OK just as 3 stars on Yelp denotes, and may be approaching 4 stars.   I'd be OK to stop here again when in the area.

I went here to meet some of my hometown friends for some drinks. I probably won't go back when I am in Florida.

I don't like bars like this place.  There are a couple reasons:
    1) Its too large. Granted it was a Tuesday, and not a lot of people were there, but it is one of these places that is just too large for Hollywood, and I strongly doubt it ever gets crowded. It just makes you feel small, and kinda lame for hanging out in such a place.
    2) There is no beer selection.
    3) Typical Hollywood trash.

Loud. Very loud. The cover band was loud but good. The DJ spinning when the band was not playing was even louder. One had to yell into another person's ear to be able to talk. Thank God there's a patio outside which was much better just to chill and still listen to some music. The crowd is a mix of fifty something year olds thinking they can dance to college frat boys playing beer pong and everyone else in between.

There is an outside bar too so you don't have to keep coming inside to get a drink. The service was friendly and there are multiple screens up tuned to sports. Ordered some wings and sweet potato fries and the fries come out drizzled in honey. The wings come out with a few sauces (including hot) and they were pretty good. The service was friendly and the atmosphere is very lively.

This is the kind of place you hit up last when bar hopping. When the drinks have already kicked in and you just want to jam to music and keep the party going..this is where to go.
