HAPPY HOUR NO LONGER UNTIL 8. The old happy hour menu is also gone... We only  went there for the happy hour, and missed it, as we got there at 6. Overall, the food isn't good enough when it isn't happy hour. No bueno.

Being from Southern California, which has some f the best epic an food around.  I think I'm a pretty good judge.  It was just ok, was typical El Torito type food and flare.

Great Food & Atmosphere. It gets really busy and the parking lot can get full during happy hour so expect a little wait...you'll see that is the common thing mentioned in the reviews. As long as you are prepared for it, you'll have a great time! ...just a tip... order drinks and food together...then order more drinks when they drop off the food. Enjoy...

We went here for Mothers Day 2013, what a mistake! We made reservations a couple of weeks in advance, but when we arrived, in addition to waiting 20 minutes after the reservation time, we were seated upstairs and told it was a buffet / brunch with buffets on both floors that were the same.

The food was terrible, the service was mediocre. When we complained to the manager about having a Mexican restaurant with no jalapeños, and a sub-par dimly lit buffet on the second floor, we were given a blank stare. We thanked the hostess for mis-representing the upstairs buffet, she apologized and said she would send the Manager. We never saw him agin and figured he was in hiding. There were plenty of dissatisfied customers that we met, and we will NEVER make this mistake again!

WORST RESTAURANT IN VANCOUVER!!  Sad that such a prime location has become such a terrible place to go.  The food is bad enough, but the service is by far the worst, most unprofessional service I have ever had!!  ALWAYS keep track of your food and more importantly the drinks that you order.  They have overcharged me and others I know EVERY time we reluctantly have gone, especially if you do happy hour.  Drinks are rang in at reg. prices rather than the happy hour discount, as well as throwing a few extra on there for kicks.  They will tell you it's because you ordered after 6:00, as they did to us, but that's only because it took 15 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us even being there, on a SLOW night.  Our tab was a mess, took an extra 20 minutes to sort that out!!  We had unknowingly left sunglasses on the table outside when we went to the restroom only to come back and find that they had cleared PART of our dishes AND took my friends sunglasses with it, but refused to go look for them stating they probably got thrown away by mistake, really?  Lastly, the "manager", what a joke!!!  This KID has no clue what he is doing, it's actually comical in a pathetic, very rude way.  My son went for Cinco despite my warnings, thinking it would be an exception, it wasn't.  He and his friends got there at 5:00 and were charged a cover to get in.  The night before he was told the cover started at 7:00.  When he told the manager that he himself had told him 7:00, the managers response was, "I changed my mind", are you kidding me?

Seriously, grab a chair, make yourself a taco and a margarita and go sit by the river, you will enjoy yourself a whole lot more and save yourself a lot of time, expense and frustration!!

After a busy day  in Portland, me and my GF decided to stop in to Who Song for happy hour.  We got excellent seats with water view in the bar area. Waiter was fast to get our drink order and bring some chips and dip.  I have to say that my beer was the coldest draft beer(Coors) I have ever had and that is saying a lot! The giant mug was covered in frost and it tasted so delicious, and after a long day of activities made it taste that much more refreshing. We didn't eat anything other that the chips and dip because of other dinner plans but the waiter made sure that the bowl never went empty. I will definitely return to this place for the awesome view and cold beer!!

Came here to sit on the deck...have a margarita some good food and celebrate my husbands 50th birthday! I told the manager...and the hostess both that I would like a song. They sang to the people behind us. The manager came out after we had paid the check and I told him that I was disappointed. This is 50. It is a big... special number.  He just made excuses. The server who plays the guitar has a full station(who cares) and blah blah blah....Then he says"Well...do you want me to sing to you" (very snarky and unprofessional) I said no...its too late now...he knows. He didn't even offer to comp dessert.  After he went back inside the guitar player and the singers sang to the table 3 behind us!!!! WHAT! He needs to go back to manager school and learn some new lessons about customer service. We will not return . Due to his unprofessional attitude.

Average food, with an amazing view. Love sitting on the patio if you can actually snag a seat on a sunny day. Always good margaritas. :)

Typical chain restaurant. Food wasn't that great for the price. Drinks are always just okay there. Only thing I like is the outdoor sitting on the river when it is warm out.

Terrible!  Worst service I have ever had. Not sure if it was the managers fault or the server.  A buddy and I went in for "happy hour". Bar was full but not overcrowded. Took forever to get two margaritas(good margarita mix but not much booze), and a basket of chips and salsa. Placed order of fish tacos, they are the same price($7.99) in the regular menu as the happy hour menu. While waiting, I see our server walk by, tried to flag him down for refill, but nope. Then he runs off to dining room. Again we try to get his attention, nope. There he goes, off to dining room. Flagged down another server, ordered more chips, he never came back. Finally, my friend orders another drink, took more than 15 minutes to get back with drink. I ordered a second margarita. Food came out, no silverware or napkins. Asked for napkins and a water again.... dum de dum....  at least 5 minutes.  Tacos were tasty, but small is size and at 4 bucks each not impressed.

Bill was screwed up charged me for three margaritas, I disputed it and he copped an attitude. He went to bar and we heard him gripe to bartender. Then he came back and said that one of us had to have drank four because six were ordered. We told him that I had two and buddy had three, he got pissy but then took my bill to correct it. He talked to manager for a few then brought bill back.

The guy next to us and the couple in front of us were forced to wait a while. The guy told me his Tequila Sunrise coat him $8.00!

I left only coin for the tip.

It has been a number of years since I visited this restaurant.  Yesterday I met a vendor there for lunch.  There are no words to describe how run down this restaurant has become.  The furnishings are grungy wood, the seat cusions worn out and the who place reeks of dirty mop water.  My tacos were so greasy they were inedible, the refried beans tasted strange.  I worried the rest of the day about the food.  It reminds me of Bar Rescue or Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares.  The operator cares not about you and me.  Avoid this place.

Terrible experience!  It started when we were told we would only wait 20 minutes for a table, but waited 40.  We then waited over a half an hour for our food and it tasted just "ok", after I had sent mine back because it was made wrong.  I got to watch my husband and daughter eat and then got my food back once they were nearly done.  After and hour and 45 minutes we FINALLY got out of there, ugh!  I will never ever go back, and I suggest you just eat at Joe's Crab Shack next door.  We had gone in there at first, but there was a 50 minute wait, in hindsight we would have left happier.

Last time we went there and sat in the bar. After a few minutes of not being served, we asked for a table and told the host what happened. They were so apologetic and really took care of us quickly after that! They don't have a happy hour which kind of stinks, but the chips and salsa are pretty good (not super spicy) and their food is yummy too. I love that each entree comes with the corn mush stuff thats really sweet. They have good margaritas too. My favorite item on the menu is actually the chicken tortilla soup! The cup (small) size is what you would get for a bowl size anywhere else so its pretty big!

Went here with a group of 5 for our first "official" meal in the Portland area on a recommendation from my friend.

The food was decent but I'm fairly certain there was no alcohol in my margarita. They were extremely watered down.

Location is nice, right on the water and they sat us by the fireplace because I mumbled about being cold when we came in. The server was nice and attentive and the musicians were fun.

Coming from the great land of Kelso, WA, where there is a delicious Mexican place known as Plaza Jalisco, my man and I have taken it upon ourselves to find a closer, comparable location to the likes of PJ's.

Who Song's is no such place.

When we arrived on a Saturday night, the parking was packed, so we took this as a good sign (but also noted to ourselves that they share a parking lot with Joe's Crab Shack). We get inside the restaurant and are seated at the bar (why, I don't know, since it appeared to us that the rest of the restaurant had plenty of seating...PLENTY). We then realize all those cars must be for Joe's. Uh oh.

Our waitress takes our drink order, someone else brings out the chips and salsa, then she comes back to take our food order (we still don't have our drinks...a water and Coke, please), and then we even have to ask her for silverware and napkins since they weren't on the table to begin with (???). I am thinking this is a new fad since this is the second time that happened to us within a couple of weeks at different restaurants. Suffice it to say, that makes it difficult on the eaters, especially the messier ones in our lives (I won't name any names here).

ANYWAY...our drinks FINALLY arrive and she brings our silverware and extra napkins. Our food came out fairly quickly, but she never came back to check on us, except to get the man another Coke and didn't even offer to refill my water, nor did she take the empty Coke glass. Please, somebody, teach this girl some lessons in service!

But to the food...it was sad. The table next to us got fajitas that were sizzling upon arrival, they even lit them on fire at the table (I think it is some deal mentioned on their menu...sizzling or it's free), but when the man got his fajitas, there was no sizzle and the steak was so chewy, he had to pre-cut it up before rolling it in his tortillas. I got my usual of two chicken enchiladas, which looked very, very sad (not as sad as the ones at the Original Taco House, but definitely sad compared to PJ's). There was barely any cheese sprinkled over them, and quite frankly, the best part of the meal was the little ball of corn bread on each of our plates. We agreed on that.

After a terrible night of service and sad looking food to top it off, the waitress received a very pitiful tip...she should be happy she got any tip at all.

One caveat: I am sure this place would be great to go to for the Christmas lit ships that happen in December. Perfect view of the water.

The guy and I wanted big, sloppy, Americanized Mexi-inspired burritos and we hadn't been here since there was a location along the South Waterfront in Portland. We made the trek over the river and were greeted at the front entrance by....nobody. After a few minutes someone came by and noticed we were there. Whoops.

We did find a good seat with a pretty view out to the bridge. I bet it would be lovely on a summer day. Once we took a seat, the intense up-sells began. First we ordered a house margarita, but there were multiple upsell attempts to the Grande "Two margaritas for only $4.99 more!" or to a Cadillac, or to a fruit. No, just the original please.

Then there was the upsell to the guacamole, or perhaps some other kinds of appetizers?  Then two different people told us about the shrimp special and each dish which included the shrimp. Hello shrimp. Do you like shrimp? Shrimp! BUY OUR SHRIMP!! Um, well, can we look at the menu first?

Then, when we ordered our food, there was another upsell attempt to include salads (EVERYBODY LOVES OUR MEXICAN CAESAR SALAD!), or perhaps soup, or really what we needed was to split some kind of platter, oh and how about another margarita?
WHOA BOY. Settle yourselves, please. Had they come by with a bucket or roses for the "nice lady" I would have just accepted it as their next upsell attempt. When he set down our food, he made sure to note "Just LOOK at that HUGE BURRITO!" I think he was waiting for our applause?

I had the carne asada burrito and subbed the rice and beans for a salad. The steak inside was very flavorful. I was pleased, but the burrito didn't have much going on besides steak and a few slivers of onion or pepper inside. I think maybe my request to sub the salad for the exterior rice and beans made them think I didn't want anything inside the burrito either? Fair enough.

The salad was nowhere. I could tell it had potential with cilantro, pepitas, and cotija, but it was bland in a midWestern palate kind of way.

My guy was disappointed with his tacos and enchilada. There wasn't anything bad, but he liked the steak inside my burrito much that he was bummed once he tasted his selection.

Overall, it was $54 for two Grande margaritas (damn upsell), and two entrees. That's kind of steep for Americanized Mexi-food but I imagine we're paying for the view, too.

This place is living on a long faded past. The restaurant is tired, the menu is dated and there just seams to be no life left here. They hang their name on fun and Margaritas, but the drinks were a joke, and the fun was on vacation.... On a plus note, the chips and salsa were good, but that simply will not be enough for me to come back..... Fix the joint, get some fresh limes, and laugh like crazy, and I will return and I bet others will also!

Wow oh wow .. Sad to say this birthday was a bust!!. The absolute worst chicken fajitas I've ever had in my whole entire life!! I make better at home at least I put peppers in them not just onions!!. 18% gratuity for a group which is fine if your server returns and really pays attention to your table. No one was asked for a drink, we had to go back and forth to the bar...My sister picked up my brothers birthday bill and they charge you for the birthday Sundae that they bring and you don't ask for!!. I believe this is not authentic Mexican .So if your looking for a large group space with not really anything outstanding this may be the trick! They really do have a great view and a wonderful happy hour, and I think that's why people return!

this was a fun afternoon for my mom and I.  She's elderly but gets around, and she chose this lil spot, on a sunny afternoon, on the deck.   wonderful.

nice breeze, and actually real sun in the NW, we sat down and Maria was our server.  She was such a breathe of fresh air.  fun, lots of compliments, played up our relationship, as mother and daughter, and was there for everything we needed.

we did the buffet, and I was impressed.  a scrumptious premade salad, and also one you can make yourself, so I combined them, with the cilantro dressing.   little crunchies, and nuts on top.   then on to the rice and beans, the enchiladas, the homemade tortilla's, the chicken adobo, the pork, the salsa bar... man, tried to do seconds, and that corn sugary goodness?  I could live on that.

my grandma used to make that.  ahhhh memories.

    yeah, I WILL BE BACK.

Who Song! Larry! I love you!

I normally rate places based on vegan options and quality of service and location but all of that goes out the window when we're talking about drinking $3 margaritas on THE WATER! Did we wait 15 minutes to be greeted? Totally. Do I care? Nope. Once we got service (she was great) I was sipping a $3 margarita while staring at the Columbia River and watching the sun go down. Were there vegan options? Nope. We got a plate of beans (the whole beans are vegan) and lettuce and tomatoes and jalapenos and tortillas and made our own tacos while staring at the Columbia River and watching the sun go down. Was it convenient to get there? Nope. It's in another state! It's actually quite easy to get there from I-5 as long as you don't hit traffic (which we did). But once you're there you get to drink $3 margaritas while staring at the Columbia River and watching the sun go down. Were the margaritas amazing? Nope. But they were $3! It was happy hour, which is from 2pm-8pm. That's a long time to get happy.

Will I be back? YES! Soon! Don't take my spot by the water. I want to drink a $3 margarita while staring at the Columbia River and watching the sun go down.

I strive to eat at GOOD Mexican restaurants and this is not one of them.  The food tasted like it's from a freezer, the drinks are just OK.  What a waste of a river front restaurant.  I would love to see them step it back up to what it was when it first went into Vancouver.

I've been here a handful of times over the years, but my most recent visit will be my last. The food has always been fine, and the service is fine too, but the level of cleanliness at the restaurant during my last visit was unacceptable. The bathroom was so authentic, it felt like one in a Mexican prison!

Maybe they were having a bad week, maybe they lost all of their staff on the same day, maybe their cleaning service was on strike. I don't know, but I won't go back.

Go elsewhere! While i have been here a few times, after the last visit i was fed up! Half empty restaurant and apparently the help was brought in from the local middle school on a work shadow program!!

A party of 8 was seated after 10 minutes of waiting. Slow drink order, and when my carne asada burrito arrived it was actually a fajita burrito with shredded beef. Return number 1. Wait 15 minutes later after getting managers attention, recieve new burrito. Same meat, still not right. Return #2. After i finally got attention of staff again, bills were handed out to rest of party as they were finished eating.

Finally get take home bag o food, with apologies. No bill.

Others in party had issues as well. Goto Muchas Gracias instead of this place.

This place is extremely hit or miss, both in the food quality and in the service.

Our most recent visit we had an excellent waitress, very attentive and we couldn't be happier with the service for that visit.  On some of our past visits, I could hear the ocean in my empty water glass as it sat waiting for a refill.  So, it's the luck of the server you draw, as with many restaurants.

The food I think has improved lately as compared to the past few years.  I've had the carnitas and the street tacos, and both were pretty good.  Not my favorite chips or salsa, but passable (and free, so really no complaining about them allowed!).

It is L-O-U-D, as it is almost always packed and there's lots of singing and teenagers and small children...you know, really small children that only communicate by screeching at the top of their lungs, and are not what I would consider suitable for public outings yet...cringe.

Sit outside if you can, but beware the hungry seagulls!  Beware...ware...ware...

We showed up at our hotel craving Mexican food. As a Mexican, I always crave Mexican food. So anyway, the lady at the hotel front desk told us about this place. We decided to go, just because she assured us that it was a great place.

It is about 5 minutes away from Portland, OR over the bridge. It was pretty challenging to get to the restaurant though but I don't know if it was the GPS or if it was the restaurant. Got there and there was NO parking in the parking lot. Totally not their fault come to find out that there was an apple festival or something going on and they had NO control over the situation.

Once we parked and got in, we were warmly greeted and seated right away. I love when that happens. We ordered and the food came out quickly. It was tasty too! I liked that our waiter sang every chance he got. It was really cool.

This is a chain restaurant. It was good. The food was enjoyable and we had a great time. If you're in the area, check it out!

I really enjoy the food and the atmosphere.  The staff is very friendly and sing and play guitars for customers who are there celebrating birthdays.

I also enjoyed the singing done by the waiter while he made quacamole tableside.

It's fun to go in the summertime and sit on the patio.

Remember that episode of Weeds where they go to a restaurant that completely over exaggerates the chain-like qualities that Doug hates so much? Yeah, this place is pretty much exactly like that. I just wish my chile relleno came with a sparkler stuck into it.

This had to be one of the most kitschy dining experiences I have ever had in my life. I'm not just referring to laminated menus with massive pictures of their entrees in plastic form, I'm talking about the song that the entire wait staff sings to you on your birthday, or the special guacamole tune that   they perform while they make the table side avocado dip, or the girl running around dressed in a taco. Where am I, a Taco Bell-inspired Disney land?

I was invited here by a friend for their 99 cent taco Tuesday. Apparently that's a pretty good deal to Who Song and Larry (if that is their real names), but in town I can get far better tacos any day of the week for the same price. Due to dietary restrictions, I couldn't really eat any of the tacos they had offered, so I opted to order off of the menu.

I went with the chile relleno/enchilada combo, which I really shouldn't have being that I left my lactaid pills back home. While somewhat pricy for what it is ($11), it was quite a behemoth of a plate. The quality of the food, is a completely different story, though. It was just not very flavorful and the cheese was that awful processed garbage that tasted of plastic. Maybe those photos on the menu were real after all?!

Honestly, the only redeeming quality of this place (besides the company at the table) was the service. It was fast and friendly, but not completely overbearing. 2 stars solely for that, 0 for the awful food and awful atmosphere.

I had a good experience here.  The food was flavorful, the margarita was strong and delicious, good service, the view from the patio was killer, and had amazing company.

The prices are a little steep, I think they are charging for the view.  Cool place.

I don't get out to the Portland area much, but I'd probably be back.  Margaritas on that patio is what life is all about.

Really bad food. I wasn't expecting much, other than a nice view (which we got), but how do you screw up nachos? I'll tell you how: tons of unmelted white cheese and gross tasting red sauce. Oh, and tiny dabs of strange tasting sour cream, guac, and refried beans on the side.

I got the skinny cadillac margarita because the menu advertised it as being made with lime juice rather than "sour mix" like their house margarita. It tasted like a Safeway bottle of sour mix (you know, the kind that doesn't actually have any fruit juice in it) and maybe a tiny splash of tequila. I poured my shot of grand marnier in the drink because 1. that's how a cadillac is supposed to be made, and 2. who wants a shot of grand marnier?! Not sure why they put that on the side... Also, this lovely concoction cost me something like 8$. I can think of a lot of places to get 8$ drinks that are actually *good*.

Anyway, I won't be back unless it's for a beer and chips/salsa on the deck.

I grew up in awe of Who Song & Larry's. Maybe once, twice a year, my family would make the trek from Camas to go here for some Mexican food. I have memories of good food and lots of fun.

Fast forward to the year 2011. My wife and I were in need of some Mexican food and thoughts of Who Song & Larry's crept into my subconscious.

Wasn't quite how I remembered it. The food was very average, the prices were fairly high. The view is still nice though.

Our server forgot about bringing us more chips when we asked for more chips, but that's not really a big deal. Maybe he was cutting us off? Who knows.

Good-sized margaritas and my pomegranate one did taste like they added a fair amount of liquor to it. Kudos for that.

But yeah, the food was just... nothing noteworthy. Nothing special, not presented in any kind of fantastic way, and just tasted... normal.

    So three stars it is!

This is not your standard Mexican restaurant, and for die hard Mexican food fans don't expect the stuff you get in Arizona or California.  Some of the food is average but they do have a few menu items that are really tasty.  I have to say they have the best guac I've ever had, but I think that's only true for the tableside guac.    They also have one or two employees who come out play the guitar and sing the guac song while they make it.
We find this hilarious and love to sing along with them and it's really fun if you have an 11 or 12 year old along because they always want to crawl under the table.  I like the cadilac margaritas and I think  I could be happy just eating chips and guac and drinking margarita's.

Don't expect the run of the mill burrito, enchilada or tacos that's not what they do.  It is a little expensive but if you go in the summer you can sit outside and, as this place is right on the Columbia it is a wonderful view.  I have to say of all the joints in this area... Joe's Crab Shack, McMennemens and Beaches, I crave their food most often, although I like McMennemens patio better because it's a little farther away from the I5 bridge and you have  better veiw of sailboats.

Don't expect real Mexican and you might enjoy a new dish.

I have fond memories of the old Who-Song and Larry's down on Macadam.  This goes alllllll the way back to when it used to be Tequila Willie's.  Back then, you KNEW you were in for some kind of hi-jinx when you set foot in that place.  It was chaos, but in a good way.  Lots of loud music, singing, huge parties celebrating birthdays, giant groups of kids drinking virgin daiquiris on prom/homecoming/whatever date night - it was a lot of fun.

This ain't that place.  Any Mexican restaurant that has either buffalo wings or boneless chicken tenders on the menu can't be considered with a straight face, right?  Right.  So, yeah, I tried the boneless version anyway.  HAH.  They were fine.  Just some fried up chicken tenders with Frank's Red Hot (I think) and butter slapped on.  The texture was quite nice, actually.  The other item I had was the crispy chicken flautas, which were EXACTLY as I'd remembered them from the times we'd eaten at the old Macadam store.  These 3 flautas (cut in half, so you have 6 total pieces) are actually pretty good.  Chicken, cheese and pepper slices are combined in a tortilla wrapper, deep fried and served with some rice, beans, pico de gallo and 2 different sauces - a pepper jelly and some creamy, spicy jobber.  Sorta mayo/chipotle/pepper based.  I've always liked them.

This store has to get an extra star or so for it's location.  The view is fantastic out on the deck, and it's exceedingly pleasant during a warm night.  You can watch the planes queue up to land at PDX in the east while watching the sun set over the Columbia river in the west.  Servers have always been speedy and efficient here, despite bringing me a Dos Equis when I asked for a Tecate tonight.  Truthfully, I was in the mood for any Mexican Cerveza, and it was no big deal.

Worth a shot at least once if you're in the 'couv.

Con: The food is bad mexican food... like a Chevys abortion. Trying to say you had Mexican food at who songs is similar to saying you had vietnamese food... at a burger king in saigon.

Pro: The facility is great... a touch run down, but it makes it very authentic mexican... the deck is great in the summer and the drinks are pretty good... place is GREAT times for drinking

side note: although the food is bad, they do have a pretty standard lunch buffet with a special meat dish and custom made fajitas for 8.99 = tax and tip... the lone bright spot.

It's neither authentic nor Mexican.  It's like Z. Tejas...Mexican inspired kinda sorta. The food's average. I can't complain about it, but i don't live for it. I'd rather have Javier's, but it lacks the cheap drinks, view, Couviness, and deck.  I'm not a huge fan of bastardized Mexichow, but it's okay enough. Just don't start thinking that any actual Mexican food, anywhere in the entire great country, or even in Texas since this is more Tex-Mex, tastes like this.

Who Song's does have going for it: stiff drinks, reasonably priced food without weird processed junk in it,  great service, killer happy hour specials...and you can sit on the deck looking at the endless gridlock that is the Interstate Bridge. Plus, it's my favorite place to go with a large pack of friends in Couv Rock City since the Holland shut down. (everyone, pour a little out for The Holland.)

The service is usually good, but I go on off-hours (like at 3:00 PM) so I've never really have been there when there's a lot of people.  The staff around the time I go are generally nice, but it tends to vary.  The managers seem to have an attitude to everyone including the customers.

The food isn't anything close to authentic Mexican food, but it's not awful.  The chicken enchiladas were decent.  They aren't the best in the world, but they're certainly not the worst.  The view of Jantzen Beach, the river and the Interstate Bridge is probably the most appealing factor of the place.

I've been here a total of three times.  Each time I thought, this has got to get better because its just such a cool view of the river.  However, it is in fact one of the worst places to eat.  Rude staff and a long wait for really gross very unmexican food.  Skip this place.

There are more reviews here for the same place:

I had just arrived into town with a friend and was looking for a drink and maybe a bite to eat while we waited for more friends to arrive.

This is "mexican't" - not Mexican.  It's one thing to take a recipe and customize it but to sell it as authentic is another.

The name itself is a copy of Hussong's Cantina in Baja.  Gee, I wonder why you can't find this restaurant near the other border, the Mexican border? LMFAO!

I give it two stars because I spent all my time in the bar and the bar is always a different experience from the actual restaurant.

Born and Raised in Vancouver, there are a few things that stay with you and the city "Who Songs" is one of them. Located on the Colombia River, with a nice deck outside for dining this is a nice little place to go.

This is a great restaurant for families, large groups and hitting the bar. The waiters are friendly, service is great, can be slow as this place gets packed but always a treat to have the bards come around and sing at your table.

If you order the special guacamole, they will make it at your table while singing the guac song, this is my daughters favorite! If your a native you've probably been and if your planning a visit to the Vancouver-Portland area, you should try to stop in for a meal or quick table side guac.  And While reservations aren't needed I recommend you make them if your headed there in the evening.

Not excellent, but not horrible. An OK choice if you're just looking to go eat down by the riverfront.

The atmosphere tends to be a little chaotic around dinner time, and the service suffers for it. The food is your typical Mexican fare, and nothing I've tried there stuck in my mind as extraordinary.

Like James P. said, this place isn't really bad or good.  You pay a little more per plate than some of the more authentic Mexican places in the area mostly just for the riverfront view.  They do get some live mariachi type music going on the weekends if that's your thing.  Also, if you enjoy embarrassing birthday folks, they're glad to stick a giant pink foam cake on your head and sing for all the world to hear.

The weekends are crowded, so expect chaos and a wait.  The staff has been friendly, no complaints.  It's just nothing above par, so I've found no reason to go out of my way.
