Zinc At Shade Hotel

Maybe the doorman could be a little less of a d-bag. Perhaps he could even humor the couples a little bit, especially when the bar is empty at 10PM on a Saturday night, it might help to get patrons to stay and drink and spend money. He is just gross.

I came here for brunch on a Saturday and enjoyed the food. Everything our party ordered was delicious and the ingredients were fresh.  I can't say that I enjoyed my experience though because the service was HORRIBLE. I'm a pretty understanding person but I can't make excuses for how incredibly slow the service was that day.  In fact the two servers on the patio never once came to help us. We were helped by the profusely apologetic bussers that did everything for us while the servers methodically ignored us completely. Maybe it's a "hit or a miss" here at Zync, and we definitely experienced a "miss".

A huge thank you to the amazing event staff at the Shade hotel. They helped us put together a beautiful PTA luncheon on their back patio. The food, setting and especially the service was fantastic.
