Grunions Sports Bar & Grill

This place is from the outside not much to look at.  It looks like an old apartment complex it's a diamond in the rough.

I'm not much of a drinker.  So why rate the bar so high for a few reasons.

A couple of the waitresses are amazing people.  They're friendly without overdoing it because they want a tip.  And for the most part everyone in the bar is like a family.  

I visited the bar last football season.  It's not perfect but the bar is in the middle of the room and seats are around a lot of tv's they play multiple games during the football season.  But the main reason besides the service is the steak and eggs breakfast.  I love it.  It's good and always the same.  Just good.

There isn't many places that serve a steak that is juicy but not extra bloody.  I've yet to find a steak place that I can call it the very best.  But Grunions is suppose to be a bar and funny thing is that some good food is being made here along with some good times.

Everyone once in a while depending on who is playing you'll find the rude loud drunk that is yelling a screaming at the tv and I know it's fime to leave.  Also the bumping into someone without saying excuse me or something is rude.  It happened twice out of maybe 6 times I was there.

But one of these days I've got to go and get the breakfast.  Football season is coming around.  I haven't been there since.  Hope the cool waitresses are still working there.  

It's not as bad as a crowded club or bar.  You do have booths that you can kind of be alone.  And all the games are going on somewhere in the bar.

Visit this place it's worth it.  If you like loud boisterous crowds then this is not the place for that.

Consistently good food & service keeps us coming back! Staff is great too.

Grunions (aka Club G / Cafe G) is the best local sports bar in the South Bay. I grew up in MB and this place is an icon of good times, good people, good food and great drinks.
