You know when you go to a restaurant frequented by a older population and you order a steak it is ok. This is also the place that carries several varieties of fish, you know the place that I am talking about- well this is a well disguised older population place.
The ambiance is drab. The food is ok, but you can make a better steak at home. The servers are clueless. I asked our server to bring me water without ice and lemon- first try had ice, second try had extra ice and the third had extra lemon. SERIOUSLY? We were there on a Tuesday- A TUESDAY! There was noone around, so I have no idea how she kept making this mistake.
The salad is literally lettuce with a slice of tomato- classy!
I don't know about this place, I walked away thinking what a rip for the high prices!
Alexanders is a nice Valentine's  Day restaurant, if you know what I mean. No, really, I don't know what you're thinking about, but it is. It's somewhat fancy, but it's not Beverly Hills fancy. So if you want a fancy, romantic restaurant this might be the place for you two lovebirds to go. They have a nice selection of wine: cabernets, merlots, etc. To my understanding, they sometimes have live entertainment, like bands I mean.
