Stopped here for a night cap as we were staying at a motel in the area. Â It's a pretty standard sports bar. Â They seemingly have a lot of clientele who like to play country music on the jukebox. Â Not my thing but whatever. Â
There were a lot of really drunk meat head types in here, but then again we were in there near closing time, so that's not really surprising. Â We also got hit on by a local who didn't understand or care that we were a couple and not interested in him at all. Â Keep in mind we were literally minding our own business, sipping on beers, and doing nothing to provoke his interest. Â Yuck!
There is a grill in Angelino's, but we didn't try the food. Â Standard American beers are standard prices. Â Nothing really special about this bar sticks out. Â Just an average place to buy an average drink.
One of the drunks I work with found this place. I always thought it was just a restaurant. But they have a bar and grill located in the basement. They have drink specials everyday and some pretty good bar food. It has never been to crowded when we go so service is good and drinks can be strong. Not a bad thing. If your in the area this is a good place to stop. I have never eaten at the restaurant but from what I hear I should try.
